“Oakley, in spite of the fact it was purchased by luxxotica in a hostile take over where the Italian owner threatened the American company “let us buy you out or we’ll destroy you.” still makes the best looking and performing sports and eye wear for the money.The staff at this outlet mall location are very well educated in their product knowledge, friendly and attentive and professional. Sales staff gets 10 ⭐️ out of 10The con: the touch screen they have to view product info and take your customer info at the time of sale or shipping is four feet tall and faces towards the inside of the store, allowing everyone to see your personal info if you choose to have a pair of glasses shipped to your home. NOT IDEAL from a privacy/steal your identity POV. Touchscreen keyboard is also in need of adjustment/calibration as I had to try multiple times to enter my personal info due to typos.Hence the 4 out of 5 rating. Perhaps if the Luxxotica spent a little more on infrastructure the rating would 5 out 5 ⭐️?”

“I never write reviews, but this store definitely deserves it! I walked in and (unfortunately I didn’t get her name) but the lady that was there was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I was searching for a maxi fancy dress, and she was super patient with me, showed me around various styles that she has. Unfortunately, I didn’t find what I was looking for. However, her service was amazing to a point she asked me when I wanted it for, and started recommending other boutiques she knows of that caters to what im looking for exactly. She named all stores that she could possibly think of, and then even took it an extra mile to go online on their sites and search for styles and show me different price points. She even offered to call a neighbouring store to ask the owner(who she knows) if they’d stay open a little late for me. Before I left, she said that if I still couldn’t find what I was looking for after trying the stores she suggested that she would be willing to connect over email or the website’s live chat with me to try and find suppliers and try to find me the exact style I’m looking for. I could clearly tell how much she loves her job! Talking to her was lovelyyy and her willingness to help me search for dresses even if not from her own store was just so heartwarming!”

I was so thrilled to find the exact Barbour jacket I wanted and even more so that I ordered on a Friday afternoon and received it by Monday. “The store is a pot bigger than I expected, which is nice. I'm not sure what it was, but when I walked in, the woman who was working at the front of the store, anytime I seen her looking at me, she looks disgusted and would avoid be close me. Unfortunately, she was the only available sales associate to ask for help, but I couldn't bother with her.”

“I’ve been wanting to visit this store for a long time, and I finally did. Very happy. Great, friendly service. I bought a suit and the alterations were perfect - so far, a great experience. I the. Went back a few weeks later and purchased a made-to-measure dress shirt. Picked up the shirt and it’s perfect. The shirt fits me, a larger, plump body style, better than any off-the-shelf shirts I’ve tried or purchased in the past. I see why this local store has been around for so many years and I’m glad I went to check them out.”

“I came in at opening time. 10:00 on Wednesday June 22/2022. I was greeted by Maddy. I was just looking at prices and not set to buy at the moment and I expressed this to her. I'll be buying in the next week or two. I was more than impressed with the service and the professionalism of the staff here. Maddy was so confident and professional, I thought she was the owner or at least a manager.I bought a suit several years ago which was a 38 and told her that is what I wear knowing that I have gained weight since. She took a look at my shoulders and diplomatically said, "You're probably a 40 in our suits as they fit a little smaller than other shops."She didn't make me feel at all uncomfortable or embarrassed that I had gained weight since the last suit that I bought. I was also very impressed she was able to properly fit me to a suit by just talking a quick look at my shoulders.I don't receive customer service this great often and it was a breath of fresh air dealing with her.Thanks!”

I would recommend this location in particular to anyone. As for Mountain Warehouse themselves, quality of their clothing is very good and so are the deals if you can catch one of their bigger sales!”

“Good experience! Went to pick out a tie for a gift, and found a decent selection of colors and styles for a very reasonable price (all 100% silk for roughly $50) along with bowties, cufflinks, etc.. Also wrapped in a gift box free of charge. Sales assistant was very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend. They also have lots of materials on display that you can make custom suits with.”
