“I wanted the hitch plug wiring fixed and installed on my Sprinter. All shops i visited had a 2 week to 2 month waiting period. Riva took me in immediately, diagnosed the wiring issue, drilled out the rusted bolts from the older mount and installed the new plug. The price was fair and I was taken care of immediately.
