“First time here and won't be the last! Wanted to try some cushioned walking shoes of different brands, this place has the variety of all the top contenders, but you need someone like Gordon to make the selection process easier and correct for you. Gordon is knowledgeable and patient and helped me get the shoes that worked for me (after multiple tries). There was not pushiness or upselling, just making sure you get what you are looking for and need. You'd think prices would be a bit high since its a specialty store but the prices are the same as any other big box or online. Would highly recommend purchasing shoes here. They have a selection of other shoe and sport related items of course, but if you need to try shoes on or need help finding a shoe to fit your own needs, then this is the place to go! Happy with my purchase!”
“Montana went above and beyond for me. I live about an hour away and they had a pair of shoes in stock that was on sale at this location, and they were able to hold it while I traveled there. On top of that he showed me a couple other pairs in styles I loved and I left with all three. Very impressed with the customer service at this location. Will travel just to deal with them. “Went to Champs in Lime Ridge Mall looking for shoes i saw online on sale but they didn't have any in my size. So I looked around and ask the young man there to try on 2 different pairs of my regular size and one a half size smaller because it was the only size left of the ones on sale...and that fit great...sold
