The clothes - the selection is so perfectly curated each season that I save a ton of time just stocking up here rather than store-hopping, and I feel great about supporting a small, woman-run business. I'm constantly getting compliments on pieces I've picked up here.
The experience - the store itself is beautiful. The website and online shopping experience is also terrific, shipping is fast and they make returns seamless.
The staff - so warm and welcoming, always bringing that personal touch. They have a great eye for fashion and take the time to make suggestions you might not otherwise have picked for yourself, which I value so much. Some of my favourite pieces were recos that I would never have taken off the shelf. They are also very friendly and down to earth. I brought my 6 year old daughter shopping with me one day and Ally made the experience so memorable for her, it was really special.
Overall, truly my favourite place to shop, consider me a lifer.”

“Ive been in several times over the years getting my Converse
I was in yesterday (10 April 2026) and noticed they had a very limited selection, whatever it happens. I was told Converse wasn't being made anymore by the male employee working there (I was there maybe around 11 am). I thought that was unusual, but I hadn't heard anything, but that didn't mean it wasn't true. The employee me said it a few times while I was getting my shoes.
Checked this morning, and low and behold, Converse is NOT going out of business.
Maybe the employee was incorrectly told the wrong information or lying but either way I should have completely disregarded the information. Maybe you guys are getting any more Converse stock in?
4 stars because Ive gotten my shoes there (and been happy with them) and the staff are generally decent there. Please get your facts correct though. I distrust people as a rule, but you're gonna get customers that are normally trusting and not as jaded as I am and are gonna believe what you tell them”

“My mom was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s in January 2026. Today she had an appointment with a specialist. It was a very difficult appointment. Afterward, Dad asked me to take Mom clothes shopping. It was my first time shopping with her post-diagnosis. I didn’t know how she would do. As we shopped, it hit me hard that my mom is forever changed. That I am now her caregiver. That we are grieving while she is still here. One of the sales associates, Joanne, was amazing. I cannot say thank you enough, Joanne, for giving my Mom a wonderful shopping experience. You were so helpful and so compassionate. You knew exactly what to say and what clothes would be great for her now. I wanted to tell you this at the store but I knew I wouldn’t be able to get the words out and I didn’t want to scare my Mom by crying. You were just the gift we needed today.”

“Had an amazing experience with Larry on Friday. He helped me to select a suit for a wedding the following day. He brought us through the different styles, materials, colours, etc. for different temperatures, seasons, and occasions. He was helpful in narrowing down the choices and even got the fit close enough that I didn’t need alterations for my last minute purchase. I should also say that this review is long overdue seeing as he’s helped me at least twice before with jeans as well as Christmas shopping and was very attentive even during the high traffic time. This time, we had trouble picking between the final two options for a suit, but fortunately there were two other associates that poked their heads in to weigh their opinions and we landed on the classic style to get more longevity/value. They were all very friendly, helpful and dressed to impress which made it all that much easier to trust their opinions. Seriously - Larry rocking the double-breast and his colleague with some sweet boots and a very elegantly dressed woman. I would definitely check this place out and will return myself.”
