My one suggestion would be to move the small shopping baskets to the front of the store where the carts are.”
“Well, I like Winners & HomeSense. I just find the store not as fun to shop in like it was before. One thing that bothers me is the cashier who won't bag my items. I can't understand why not. If they are only there to take payments, then self checkout will suffice. Plus, no smiling, no small talk, nothing; just takes payments. That's not enjoyable for me. I was shopping for rugs this trip, and the young man stopped what he was doing and helped me. That's a good example of customer service.”

“The staff is amazing, which is more or less why I gave them 5 stars. The store does offer a lot, but over packed with merchandise. They are doing the best they can to make the store appear better and more visible to the eye. Overall, product is decent and staff,Especially the managers, omg they are fantastic woman! Store needs more shopping carts though.”
“Best department store this half of the province, HUGE I mean HUGE! It has the largest selection of non restricted firearms and ammunition. Gun prices are competitive and close to MSRP, and often cheaper than Romacko's (the only other gun store in town)”

“This location should not be offering grocery service. I have been using since its inception, and have rarely got an order right, or had the groceries prepared two hours after scheduled pick-up. They usually do not answer their phones, and when I eventually got hold of someone outside the grocery department (believe it is usually the floor manager?) they are not very nice and therefore not customer oriented. I am saddened that I had to give this particular store a one star, but was the only way to share my experiences with it.
Edited to add...This store has done a complete 360 on their groceries, and after having so much trouble the first few months, they are one of the best places to buy groceries online now. They might be short a few items not in stock, but I have not had the original problems now in a few years since writing the first review. They definitely get a 5 star rating now, and hopefully will continue with the great service I have been receiving.”

“I meant to leave this review at Christmas but I am still leaving it! I had so much stuff and I was a bit flustered but Neel was very helpful and friendly. It made my shopping experience much easier and I did not want to not leave the review even if he is not there anymore. I like when Winners and Marshalls hires friendly people like this.”
