“Quaint little store located in Tavistock. Has a very welcoming environment as well as a feeling as if your shopping in a local mom and pop shop, but us actually part of a larger chain. Great place to shop. Will definitely visit again when I am in the area.”

“Always a clean and friendly environment, shelves are always well stocked as well as having quality produce and products. You do pay a bit more on certain items there as it is anywhere else, but overall a great store to shop for groceries. Only issue I have is the layout of certain aisle as they have items that should be categorized with items that are more similar. But sometimes these items are several aisle apart.”

“Always very friendly! Even if there are several people in line they are very fast and still friendly and helpful! Great stop for convenience, they accept CREDIT, cash, debit plus have gas... the place across the corner is great too but they don't have gas or accept CREDIT... just saying if ur in a rush to get to work out of town, i think it's pretty self explanatory...?”
“Karrigan in deli is phenomenal. So kind, and accommodating. She came from her break to slice fresh deli meat for me, even after I said I didn’t want to bother anyone on their break! She was more than willing to accommodate. Super friendly, and fast when on cash too.”
“Love going to this Sobeys. Met Bill, store owner. He and the staff are super helpful. It's not a large Sobeys, but it has everything I want and need. Plenty of parking. Will shop there again.”
“I visited Mackay's No Frills for the first time last week.
I have passed by the New Hamburg location many times during my travels along Highway 8, and finally stopped by for groceries. Store was very clean, well-stocked, and staff were very courteous. Great selection of foods, as well as health products (on-site Pharmacy), and some clothes. Fruit was fresh and plentiful.

“We stopped by to check out the selection of their vegetable products. Everything was fresh, chilled or al most frozen. We picked up six ear of corn. OMG ?, this was the best sweet ? corn, we've had in a very long time. Their endive lettuce made two very delicious salads, as the peppers, cucumber, green onions, which we added to the lettuce. We picked up on of their small coffee cakes. Very tasty with my coffee after dinner. When we head back T.O., we'll be definitely stopping by, once more to pick up some more of their vegetables. This location is a great find. Thanks ?.”
