“These guys are great. I called in with a question about a warranty issue I had with an old battery from another shop and then asked if I could get a replacement from them. They said I could, and when I got there less than an hour later, the battery was right at the counter, waiting for me. Despite it being dark at the time, Kirk (Owner/Manager) and his associates were able to give an initial examination of the wear-and-tear, then give me an initial agreed-upon quote (cash payment deducts the tax from your service fee, keep that in mind).
There were delays in the completion of the vehicle due to the holiday weather conditions, but after coming to pick up the finished job, Kirk actually informed me that he had completely touched up the trunk area on top (free of charge) with fresh paint from the original manufacturer and make date; there was even attention to detail in replacing my rusted license plate screws.

“I went to see Stewart, Dwayne and Kevin to have them inspect a used Subaru Crosstrek that I was interested in buying from a dealership. The Carfax indicated that there was a collision involved with the vehicle and I wanted to see how significant the damage was. The three of them did a thorough inspection of the vehicle bumper to bumper and they did not find any major problems with the vehicle. They were so keen with the inspection that they noticed that the car had been painted on the right side and noticed tape markings left behind from the paint job. They also took the vehicle for an extensive test drive and perform numerous checks with the vehicle that have known to have issues in the past and they were also able to distinguish parts that had been replaced or were existing from the dealership. With over 41 years of experience in the industry, Stewart, Dwayne and Kevin are very knowlegable, friendly, candid and straight forward and I would recommend any who owns or plan to own a Subaru to have them as your personal mechanic and do business with them.”
