“we are so glad we met Nick at a market and discovered the Dogora high top boots! Nick also helped us get fitted and showed us a really good technique to ensure the paw is in properly and the boot is secure.We were previously using the disposable (rippable) Pawz rubber (balloon) boots to help protect their paws against the salt but now that we have the Dogora high top boots, their paws are 1. dry, 2. warm, 3. and the boots don't rip (are not disposable!)the boots fit well and have 2 straps plus a drawstring at the back to ensure best fit.To my surprise when we got home and took off their boots their paws were dry and warm! we could not be happier! great quality and customer service!Highly recommend, especially if you want warm & dry paws!made for Canadian winters!”

“When I first went there it was of desperation as I usually go to the Richmond hill location. They didn’t have the dog food that I usually get and the Boreal Zinpro but they said that they could special order it for me. An till today I can go in and they will have my special order in stock.”

One of the staffs gave me some good recommendations, I didn’t get her name but she even noticed my dog needs space and she let me know right away when there’s an off leash dog walking in. “It is amazing jow, the staff are great and the fish seem to be in good condition. However it is not a 5 star because there have been very rude staff in the past and one of their fish caused and outbreak of a disease in my aquarium.”
