“I use the service of this Pharmacy when I visit Matlis Medical Centre. The pharmacy is located in the same unit as the Medical Centre, which is very convenient. 9 out of 10 times the pharmacy has the medication prescribed. Processing time is very reasonable. Unfortunately, prices are a little higher than in Shoppers Drug mart that's why I give only 4 stars.”

“First time going to Royal Compounding Pharmacy this past Saturday and you know how they say a smile makes your day. Unfortunately I did not get her name but her smile definitely made my day. I was told to return within a couple of hours to allow for the compound to be mixed. When I arrived at the time I was told, the product was waiting for me along with a prescription that could have made me feel uncomfortable to receive but again that smile. So professional and pleasant. I'm thinking if this is the regular experience at Royal; they will be my Pharmacy of choice. Thank you”

My family visited today for Covid pediatric shots booked online.
(1) We were booked at 11:30 am online and got the confirmation text. But the store opened at 12 pm.
We had to wait for 30 mins.
(2) Jenny went to extra way to accomodated our appointment and gave the shots
She was very busy but worked and spoke professionally.
