“I went to the walk-in located beside the pharmacy. I got an antibiotic, as my pharmacy wasn’t open, I filled it here. Wow!! The customer service I was given was impeccable! Vick and his team were so positive and smiling. It Felt like I had been a customer for years. I was out within 5 minutes. I immediately asked for my prescriptions to be transferred to this pharmacy. It’s nice to not be made to feel I was an inconvenience like I have been at my regular pharmacy at Rexall on Fitch st. in Welland. Thank you Vick and staff for your kindness :)”

“Pathway Pharmacy is hands down the best pharmacy I’ve ever worked with – and Freddy, the pharmacist, is truly amazing! He is always on top of our medications, catches things that don’t seem quite right, and even takes the time to call and make sure everything is correct. “Been going to this pharmacy for a few years now and will continue to do so for as long as I live close enough to! The staff are incredible and so kind and thoughtful. Each time I walk in, I feel like I'm visiting family who are more than excited to see me.
There was a time in which I was unable to go in to pick up my prescription before closing time, and the sweet pharmacist was kind enough to deliver them to my house personally after hours, as he knew I needed the medication ASAP. That's a kind of service you don't see anywhere else.
The physical location is in a rougher part of town and the staff have gone through some difficult situations because of it, but you would never know this by interacting with them. If you can, I strongly suggest you ditch the big-chain pharmacies and support this one, as you'll certainly be treated with a lot more care, and you'll be supporting the loveliest of humans by doing so.”
“The staff always goes above what is necessary to help and to get the prescriptions filled. Going out of there way to make sure things get done and run smoothly. They treat everyone with respect and yes the prices for dispensing fees are cheaper, but it would not matter if they were more expensive in my opinion because I never mind paying a little more for better service. Great team getting things done best pharmacy in Welland hands down.”
