“I went to the walk-in located beside the pharmacy. I got an antibiotic, as my pharmacy wasn’t open, I filled it here. Wow!! The customer service I was given was impeccable! Vick and his team were so positive and smiling. It Felt like I had been a customer for years. I was out within 5 minutes. I immediately asked for my prescriptions to be transferred to this pharmacy. It’s nice to not be made to feel I was an inconvenience like I have been at my regular pharmacy at Rexall on Fitch st. in Welland. Thank you Vick and staff for your kindness :)”
