Staff was super friendly and helpful. I explained that I had lost a bunch of weight and needed some new pieces in my wardrobe that would fit me better, and was unsure of sizing. They helped me out and got me a bunch of options. I really appreciate their help.

I had the best experience at this Aritzia location, staff was so welcoming, helpful, and stylish. Shout out to Somaya at the cafe and Alanis on the floor, they really killed it with the customer service:)

Take reviews with a grain of salt. I headed into the store to have an exchange done, it thankfully went off without a hitch.
However, if you care that the SAs are genuinely nice, warm or will make eye contact with you…you might be out of luck unfortunately 😅
