I've been coming here for years. A very convenient supermarket, fresh produce and meats. But the customer service has BECOME atrocious. I'm spending a lot of money and I'm at the checkout and they're starting to treat their customers life thieves and lairs. It's extremely stressful, uncalled for and rude.

Good stock and variety in the shop but I find it extremely overpriced. The autumn Chrysanthemums flowers were marked exactly double the price when compared to another store a few blocks down the Bloor st. Prices at cashiers are different from sticker price in this shop. In general, they are triple the sticker price at other shops. Incompetent manager and staff, expired produce, shrinking size of everything from salad leaves to bags of chips.Will never go there again
