Prices are inflated because of the downtown location, honestly if you don't have any other options and you're in a pickle it's fine, they have most ingredients but you'll pay the city market price. The staff is kind, ways happy to help.

Good selection, basically the really trimmed down version of a metro. Higher prices but still cheaper than a convonience store. Clean.
