“Bought Vivo Barefoot Primus Lite III (all-weather) and Xero Shoes Prio back in 2023, followed by recent purchase of Xero Shoes Prio Neo from here.At first I was a bit unsatisfied with the purchase of the Vivo since the only fit for me available in person was Women's size (they are more narrow than Men's), so it did not end up being a comfortable fit the more I used them after purchase. I ended up attempting to return them nearly 10 months later and to my surprise (despite their general refund policy), Cool East Market worked with me to refund me a negotiable good portion of the original price. Props to amazing customer service for that!Although they are often low on stock with the popular barefoot shoe models (at least based on the few times I've visited), it is easy to navigate their website to find out what is currently available. They also have free shipping for orders over $150.Their prices may seem a little on the pricier side but overall reasonable. It's important to consider that ordering directly from the States would involve import fee complications so I'd much rather just purchase shoes here.Looking forward to purchasing more shoes from here and investing in my overall foot health, comfort, and functionality.”

The incredible customer service and knowledge of Lino is what separates this type of store from many others in the GTA.I recently purchased two autographed framed jerseys and Lino was fair in negotiations and ensured I was satisfied with the product. “Adidas Originals is one of the earliest settlers at the brand new Toronto's The Well. This is now their flagship store. Located at the south west corner of Front & Spadina, this must be the coolest retail address of the decade. Adidas name this "The Collection" to give an elevated boutique experience. I'm not an Adidas fan, but guess what, I bought something there as the atmosphere and the staff is uber awesome, it actually motivated me to exercise more. Watch out Nike for this new kid on the block.”

I bought the merino long underwear, socks, 2 hoodies, and a toque. Everything fits like a glove. Feels like a second skin. Best hoodie Ive ever bought. Worth every penny. Staff was excellent. Ive been telling all my friends about it. I don't really do things like this-- TBH, I think the whole concept of google reviews is a terrible idea that will eventually & fully dovetail into a social credit system, which is not good for any of us.
