“I love the Runners Shop! I have been a customer for over a decade. They are the most knowledgeable, friendly running store staff I've ever met. I've tried getting shoes from other running stores, with not great results. I have narrow feet, high arches and I pronate. Only the Runner's Shop has consistently gotten me into the right shoes, time and again, so I don't get injured. I love the new store and location in the Annex. 100% the best in Toronto.”

He greeted us when we walked in and helped my son find the perfect fit sneaker. He was super helpful and professional without being pushy which made for a pleasant experience! “Came in on Sunday of the long weekend to buy a few things. The store was really busy but all the staff were still very nice and friendly and spent a lot of time talking through all the options for shoes with myself and a few other customers. I even noticed that they stayed open a bit late to help some people. This store and staff definitely go above and beyond which is quite rare these days.”

The store owner is an honest and kind-hearted fella who helped us patiently and got the best boots that we need for the best price in the market. We thank him very much for this. “It’s nice to be able to visit a physical Patagonia store (open another in Montreal!), and this one is well stocked and staffed with a friendly helpful group of people. I had a Patagonia jacket with a zipper that stopped zipping smoothly, and this store made it easy to drop off to be repaired.”
“They did an amazing job on my gloves! I have had these gloves since I was a kid an have always loved them, so when they started to fall apart and I found myself looking at new gloves, I couldn’t help but notice an overwhelming sadness knowing I would be replacing the gloves I played and won all those games in (as you probably know goalies are a little superstitious) When I found these guys I was a little bit worried where there older gloves, however they absolutely took care of me. Full re palm and I’m still finding more spots they fixed! They really were in bad shape, thanks guys!!”

“I love luluemon! I get my athletic wear from here for basketball. I like the swiftly techs and hottie hot shorts. I also like the zip ups especially the navy and gold one, black and gold, and pink. I love this place and the workers are all very nice. The clothing is high quality and they try their best to find items you are looking for you. Change rooms are clean and organized”
“Took my teenage daughter to the store to buy soccer cleats and she found a pair of cleats she liked. I had went to a few sports store before I went to
L&m Taylor soccer with out any luck as they didn't have many different cleats to pick from. Also the staff was amazing and very helpful. Thank you”

Both had tremendous experience when answering my questions about fit and comfort of the clothes The clothes may be a little expensive but it’s about the quality and there is definitely value in spending that little extra. Amanda took the time to sit with us for nearly 40 minutes, patiently trying to figure out what had happened and locate the item. She never made us feel rushed and went above and beyond to resolve the issue. She was able to order the items to the store for us and made the entire process so much easier.

“I completed a full club set fitting with Dustin at Studio X (the premium fitting service at this Golf Town), and I highly recommend doing a Studio X fitting to anyone who's looking to dial-in the best possible equipment to improve their game. Dustin was awesome to work with, and the overall experience -- from the simulator data to the available club, shaft, and fit options -- was amazing. Dustin was able to tweak even the smallest adjustment to the clubs I liked to improve my shot accuracy, and you can see real-time the results in the shot data from each change. After this experience, it's hard to believe that I used to buy equipment off the rack without doing a full and detailed fitting. Plus the Studio X facility, environment, and simulator equipment were second to none. Definitely would recommend!”

“Northline is a gem! If you love board sports/biking, and live an active lifestyle or are just starting out, Northline is THE place to go! The staff are so friendly, and always willing to help and answer questions you may have. The first time I came to the shop, I had just purhcased ski boots online and was having so much touble adjusting the clamps to fit my calves. Despite the staff being super busy, they still found time to help me! Mac and Rachel, and all the staff are always so helpful, not to mention Fury (the dog) never fails to brighten your day. Also look at these absolutely gorgeous goggles I won from their shop! This is the place to go, the store front is huge with lots of parking. In the winter, the merchandise caters towards winter sports, and vice versa in the summer!”
