The store was really busy but all the staff were still very nice and friendly and spent a lot of time talking through all the options for shoes with myself and a few other customers. “They did an amazing job on my gloves! I have had these gloves since I was a kid an have always loved them, so when they started to fall apart and I found myself looking at new gloves, I couldn’t help but notice an overwhelming sadness knowing I would be replacing the gloves I played and won all those games in (as you probably know goalies are a little superstitious) When I found these guys I was a little bit worried where there older gloves, however they absolutely took care of me. Full re palm and I’m still finding more spots they fixed! They really were in bad shape, thanks guys!!”

“i just wanted to say thank you to the gentleman who helped my boyfriend find the hoka mach 7's! i'm sorry i didn't get your name, but my boyfriend is the guy who runs in 0 drop shoes. the gentleman who helped us knew a lot about what the shoes were stated as being vs. what the shoes were tested as being - which we really appreciated. he was exceptional and even after watching my boyfriend jog around the store he adjusted his recommendations, and did some more research for future shoe recommendations with carbon plates. it was clear he truly cared about us as runners and wasn't just trying to make a sale. he emphasized potential red flags from running in the new shoes (since they're quite different) and what to look out for. we really appreciated all of his insight, he went above and beyond to help and we appreciate it so much!! we live a bit further downtown but i would come back to this location just for him to help us with shoes again.”

“I was never a big fan of lululemon until I gave them a chance and walked into the store to browse and talk to the staff. First of all the customer service is unmatched. They are friendly and it seems like they genuinely love their jobs. I went into this store an hour before close and Sean still took the time to help me even though he probably wanted to start closing up. They didn't have exactly what I wanted in store so Sean placed the online order for me, all I did was show him a picture. I had a gift card where the numbers were scratched out but Sean figured it out for me. Then I had prepaid visa cards that couldn't be used online but Sean figured it out for me. When the employees of a store are happy with their jobs then that's when you truly get the right experience shopping. The customer service is exceptional and I will be returning.”

“I completed a full club set fitting with Dustin at Studio X (the premium fitting service at this Golf Town), and I highly recommend doing a Studio X fitting to anyone who's looking to dial-in the best possible equipment to improve their game. Dustin was awesome to work with, and the overall experience -- from the simulator data to the available club, shaft, and fit options -- was amazing. Dustin was able to tweak even the smallest adjustment to the clubs I liked to improve my shot accuracy, and you can see real-time the results in the shot data from each change. After this experience, it's hard to believe that I used to buy equipment off the rack without doing a full and detailed fitting. Plus the Studio X facility, environment, and simulator equipment were second to none. Definitely would recommend!”
