Probably the worst rogers store out there. We waited around 30 mins in the cold for our turn and had also joined the virtual queue . Then the staff proceeds to attend the lady who came way after us.

Customer service is as bad as it gets. Was only in for 5 minutes and it was one of the worse experience/ interactions I've had.
