Winners is a store with a decent to great selection that is continuously refreshed. It offers lower prices with lots of promotions on clothes, sneakers, men's polos, dress shirts, jackets, and some workout equipment. However, it does not have a kids section or children's clothes. The location in One York provides other services and a food court. Parking downtown is expensive, so transit, walking, or biking is better. The store can be a bit of a maze to get to, and shoppers need to be patient.
I come here A LOT and usually find something cute, which is kinda dangerous since I live across the street. It's a great little gem hidden in the Path. A real Winner ;)
