“⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Customer Service, but Check Dairy Products The manager and staff were extremely kind and helpful when I returned a sealed $7 milk tetra pack that had gone bad. They immediately offered a replacement, but unfortunately the second sealed pack was also spoiled despite having an August 28 expiry date. Thankfully, I checked it while still in the parking lot and they refunded me without any hassle. It could be a product or refrigeration issue, but I’d recommend checking dairy products carefully after purchasing. Excellent customer service overall and a great Shell location — just one star off for this experience.”
