“I'm not sure if this will get to the gentleman that helped me with my tires late afternoon today. I am truly thankful to have bumped into a kind hearted person like you! With no hesitation you helped me pump air into my tires, even paid for me, taught me how to read the tire gage, and when you realized that my tire was leaking air even though you've pumped it to 40's you told me to immediately go to Canadian Tires and ask to fill the holes for no more than $25! “I visited this gas station to wash my car. The cashier was friendly and polite, but the wait time for car washing was quite long. I opted for the ultimate washing package, which cost around $23.
The person in charge of washing was also friendly and attentive. I asked for the best wash possible, but unfortunately, my car ended up not getting washed or touched at all.
I requested a second wash, but I didn’t have to pay for it. However, the result was the same.
I believe there’s a problem with the car washing equipment. Despite getting two washes, the results were identical, which suggests that something is wrong and needs to be fixed.
If you have CVU, I advise you not to going to this place.”

“This Shell location is honestly above and beyond the typical gas station experience. The store is extremely clean, organized, fresh-smelling, and has a great variety of products. Everything from the pumps to the shelves and price tags shows real care and attention.
The washrooms were especially impressive. Unfortunately, in many gas stations you almost have to hold your breath, but this store is the complete opposite. They felt more like the master bathroom of a luxury hotel than a typical gas station washroom.
Customer service was also excellent, with a friendly and professional vibe. This experience has significantly enhanced my perception of the Shell brand and its value.It definitely feels like extra care and investment has gone into it. Great job to the team and management.”

However, this place is riddled with potholes and makes me slightly uncomfortable with how many you need to avoid. They really need to address the pothole problem. Editted: pot hole issue is fixed”

“This is one of the best Shell car washes in the GTA. Yes, the entire GTA. I’ve tried the Shell touchless in Mississauga, Etobicoke, Scarborough, Markham, and Newmarket. This one has one the best washes and dryers by far. Yes the wait time is approximately 5 mins per car, but that’s normal for touchless car washes. If you have a problem with that, maybe don’t select a time where everyone’s off work and trying to wash cars. Asides from the acceptable wait time which can be overlooked, this car wash is amazing. 10/10 would recommend!
Update: I arrived at 5:59 PM, and I was in the car Wash bay by 6:01, and out by 6:06. This is extremely fast for a touchless wash around this time.”
