“Hi, I just wanted to share my experience from my recent visit to Aldo. One of your sales associates, Nahid, was absolutely exceptional. I had seen her before at the Vaughan Mills location, and once again she impressed me with her patience, kindness, and professionalism.
Nahid went above and beyond to help me, and she made the whole experience so pleasant. Honestly, she is one of the main reasons I will keep coming back to Aldo. In my 50 years of life, I don’t think I’ve ever met a sales associate as outstanding as her.

“Excellent management and superior customer service!! Yesterday (Sunday), I and my 2 friends, we were at this promenade location, we were shopping and suddenly and a very upset, arrogant and rude customer walked into the store, started yelling at employees, I’m not sure what was the issues but then a VERY sweet, professional and knowledgeable (very evidently) a very young brown lady came and super calmly asked the customer to explain the problem for her to be able to provide a solution. However, that customer did not try to understand and hesitate even a bit to make the whole situation worse. (I still feel so bad visualizing it). Cutting that all off, that young brown lady handled the whole situation so well, patiently, sweetly, professionally (keeping all the rules and policy in mind)and MOST IMPORTANTLY, providing the fabulous and effective customer support!! We were so happy seeing it that we wanted to appreciate her efforts to the manager, AND GUESS WHAT, when we asked her, She said she is the Manager on duty (Named “Nan”, sorry if we didn’t spell it right?)!! We got surprised and happy at the same time, hearing that. Clearing, the hiring manager/team did not make any mistake having this young lady on board as a manager and they focused on her skills and abilities NOT AGE! THIS PROVES AGE DOES NOT MATTER TO BE ABLE TO RUN A MANAGEMENT POSITION EFFECTIVELY!! Kudos to you girl! ? She was also very kind enough to help us finding us perfect pairs of dresses and outfits in fitting room. ☺️☺️ Overall, throughout our shopping time, we experienced an excellent customer service and pleasant shopping experience.??”

“I’ve been shopping at Lou Lou’s since they were located in Historic Unionville. Due to their new location on Markham Road, I’m unable to visit as often. But when I do, I always pick up a few things. It’s definitely a boutique experience, with limited sizes, but that’s the fun of it!! Some of my favourite dresses and sweaters come from Lou Lou’s. I’d say the experience is similar to TNT only with a more affordable price point. Lori and staff are always super welcoming, and she even gave me a credit that I need to use soon!”
“Roger Das is the best. He has helped me for years, whether it is just jeans or a tie, or a whole outfit. He knows all his stock and whether it will look good on you even before you try it on. But where he really excels, is with custom made. He has helped me with suits for both my daughters' weddings. Last weekend, I was father of the bride in a custom tuxedo. Roger helped me with every detail. I felt like a million bucks and even got compliments on the day. The fit was perfect and the little custom elements made me feel like I was truly an individual. Roger is great.”

“They have sizes for bigger men and lots of variety like jackets , pants and shirts whatever is required . Saleswoman was also very kind and quick . I wanted a pants with same size dimenision which was not at that time in rack . she run through the back and quickly got that .
It may see expensive at first like 100$ for pants and other things but compare that to tailored made it is very affordable . So go for it”

Shoutout to Jojo for his amazing service. Not only was he cool, he was hella knowledgeable about damn near everything in and around the store. Big up a man like Josh too, he did his thing ! Cannot recommend the store enough. I would definitely go back even if I wasn't purchasing anything.
