Before this, we visited two other outlets—Marks and Skechers—where we were quite disappointed. The staff there showed a very cold approach, merely pointing us toward a few women’s shoe racks and offering no real assistance. They were not interested in checking alternate brands or models, which left us feeling ignored and frustrated.
On our way back home, feeling disappointed, my wife noticed the Mister Safety Shoes outlet and we decided to get down from the bus and give it a try. From the moment we walked in until the time we completed the purchase, the service we received from Ms. Debbie was beyond words.

“Roger Das is the best. He has helped me for years, whether it is just jeans or a tie, or a whole outfit. He knows all his stock and whether it will look good on you even before you try it on. But where he really excels, is with custom made. He has helped me with suits for both my daughters' weddings. Last weekend, I was father of the bride in a custom tuxedo. Roger helped me with every detail. I felt like a million bucks and even got compliments on the day. The fit was perfect and the little custom elements made me feel like I was truly an individual. Roger is great.”

“Two weeks or so I bought a pair of winter boots and I finally found a pair that fit, were comfortable and I was happy I had lovely customer service. I bought the boots and left. I began wearing the boots and everything was great, after wearing them a couple times I noticed they were ripping where the loop was to help pull them on. I said this is not good. I called Browns to find out what I should do. They told me that they have a 1 year warranty and that I did not need to deal with the brand of the boot. I took the boots back and all the Browns protection products which I had not used yet and I got all my money back no questions asked. This is an AMAZING service and policy. Thank you Brown Shoes. I will be back.”

It may see expensive at first like 100$ for pants and other things but compare that to tailored made it is very affordable . So go for it”
