“This is a great place for all game day foods for the gang, also purchase the single servings for my mother in law who wont cook complete meals for just herself. The desserts are out of this world. Been having the too tall cakes for many years. For the bbq we love the steaks and chicken tornados. Can be pricey but join and you get special offers and have a flyer every week. So happy with the choices at all locations. Love the dundas and waterdown locations, the staff is great at both”

“I was on my way home tonight after a long day at work. This is only my 3rd time going to this Fortino’s rather than the closer one to my home on Main Street. I usually have to use the self serve lanes to check out on Main but tonight there were a number of open attended lanes. I chose the one the young woman was cleaning. Good choice! Avery was her name and she was helpful and lovely during the whole check out. She put a smile on my face….so much so I started on my way home and had to call the store. I was able to speak to her direct manager. I gave Avery the praise she deserved. People are so quick to leave awful reviews however if I enjoy the experience I will make a point to let the manager and hopefully the staff member know how I appreciated their service.
