“The staff at Tootsie's are always very helpful. I purchased a pair of running shoes as a gift for my sister-in-law in April. With her busy schedule, and she lives out of town, it was a few months before she was able to return the shoes because they didn't fit properly. She did not have a receipt but the staff gladly exchanged the shoes for her and stated that they just wanted our customers to be happy. Kudos to Tootsie's!”

“I had a very pleasant shopping experience here this past Sunday. I was looking for specific items I saw online and a very nice sales lady (name started with an S) helped me find them, got my change room together, switched out the sizes I needed and even provided feedback on which items looked better than others. I try to avoid shopping in person due to poor customer service you find in most stores these days, but not here. I really felt this sales lady went the extra mile. Also, the lady checking me out at the cash did an excellent job explaining the dynamite app and how to earn points to get discounts on future purchases. “Amazing service!!! We arrived in Burlington after a couple hour drive when I discovered I forgot my garment bag with the clothing for a special dinner that evening. We drove directly to Scriveners and within an hour David outfitted me with a jacket, pants and shirt. Most impressively, we returned a short time later to pick up everything - alterations were done and the shirt was freshly pressed. Thank you for bailing me out, David!”

“This place was already my #1 go-to store for shoes for the whole family. Selection, prices and customer service are consistently great. The other day though, was a master class in customer service: my family went to get my two young boys fitted for winter boots and the staff went above and beyond to help us, especially trying to get my toddler comfortable to try on boots (no easy feat). We were blown away at how thoughtful and kind all the staff were to us. “A HUGE shoutout to Frank and Louise. I was roaming Mapleview Mall on August 29th when I went into Browns. I was acknowledged as soon as I walked in. I walked around, just looking. Picked up a few different shoes & sandals. Frank noticed and offered to help. Louise then came to help as Frank was on cash. I ended up buying two pairs of sandals which I love. I spent $265 however didn’t even think twice. I was happy. Fantastic service. Louise was super patient as I can be indecisive. Props to this store. I definitely will recommend them and will return.”
“This is my favorite store for shoes. They carry high quality, unique, very comfortable shoes from Europe.
