“The staff at Tootsie's are always very helpful. I purchased a pair of running shoes as a gift for my sister-in-law in April. With her busy schedule, and she lives out of town, it was a few months before she was able to return the shoes because they didn't fit properly. She did not have a receipt but the staff gladly exchanged the shoes for her and stated that they just wanted our customers to be happy. Kudos to Tootsie's!”

“First time here and won't be the last! Wanted to try some cushioned walking shoes of different brands, this place has the variety of all the top contenders, but you need someone like Gordon to make the selection process easier and correct for you. Gordon is knowledgeable and patient and helped me get the shoes that worked for me (after multiple tries). There was not pushiness or upselling, just making sure you get what you are looking for and need. You'd think prices would be a bit high since its a specialty store but the prices are the same as any other big box or online. Would highly recommend purchasing shoes here. They have a selection of other shoe and sport related items of course, but if you need to try shoes on or need help finding a shoe to fit your own needs, then this is the place to go! Happy with my purchase!”
“Amazing service!!! We arrived in Burlington after a couple hour drive when I discovered I forgot my garment bag with the clothing for a special dinner that evening. We drove directly to Scriveners and within an hour David outfitted me with a jacket, pants and shirt. Most impressively, we returned a short time later to pick up everything - alterations were done and the shirt was freshly pressed. Thank you for bailing me out, David!”

“This store has a lot of great finds! From clothes to wallets to beautiful embroidered tea towels to shoes etc etc etc. Canadian made stuff too. The staff is really friendly and helpful.
I visited today and they only one left of the item i wanted and it was part of their window display. They had no problem getting it out for me. This is a fun store to check out and browse around in. Lots of nice gift items!”

“Came into the store today looking to purchase a work style jacket. I was met by Franco who took me through some of the product line in the store. He patiently explained a number of key features of different jackets. I settled on a hooded carhartt jacket and I'm very happy with my purchase.

NO store I’ve ever seen has the selection that Laced does. I’ve probably picked up 20 shoes since November and was able to get a complete family set for the family for Christmas from toddler size, grade school and adult!”
