“A gem in Hamilton! Thanks in particular to Melissa T. who demonstrated unrivalled customer service, persistence, follow-up, and attention to detail. While my purchase was a small one, Melissa addressed it as though it were much greater in magnitude, and navigated all kinds of unforeseen obstacles with patience and determination; a great experience from start to finish!”

“Great place! Brad (owner) was very helpful and knowledgeable. Went to buy skates and was met with many clean, affordable, and good quality options. He cleans and details each pair of used skates carefully so they look nearly brand new. Pricing was super reasonable, even included sharpening! Sells more than just skates, there’s equipment for a variety of different hobbies and sports. 10/10!”

“Extensive selection of soccer cleats. Appreciated the advice from the store rep as we navigated through them all. My teen daughter was able to find Nike ones that she really liked :) We were unable to find a similar selection at other stores. Great experience with the store owner, Paul, as well! Thank you so much!”

“First time here and won't be the last! Wanted to try some cushioned walking shoes of different brands, this place has the variety of all the top contenders, but you need someone like Gordon to make the selection process easier and correct for you. Gordon is knowledgeable and patient and helped me get the shoes that worked for me (after multiple tries). There was not pushiness or upselling, just making sure you get what you are looking for and need. You'd think prices would be a bit high since its a specialty store but the prices are the same as any other big box or online. Would highly recommend purchasing shoes here. They have a selection of other shoe and sport related items of course, but if you need to try shoes on or need help finding a shoe to fit your own needs, then this is the place to go! Happy with my purchase!”

From the purchase all the way to the delivery, Jason was there to answer every question I had along the way. And the Goalrilla systems are the best out there. “I love supporting local businesses that have nice things to look at or to buy. I've bought a few items from this boutique, including bathing suits, PJs, and dresses. Since items are higher end so expect to spend more money, but the sale items can be heavily discounted if your size is still available. Sometimes it's only the owner at the boutique so just have a look around yourself and don't be too demanding. Let's support local businesses!”

“Our family has been going to Linda’s shop since the first skates our daughter put on. We wouldn’t trust anyone else to fit her the way she does. The shop is small and quaint, but has a great selection and Linda will order any size you need within a day or two and has come through for us a few times in the past when we were in a pinch as our daughter outgrew her skates right before a competition. We definitely found that it’s worth it going to the shop versus buying the skates somewhere else where the person fitting our daughter wouldn’t know what they’re doing or what type of skates she needs. It’s also nice to know that we are spending money supporting A local small business with a big heart. I strongly recommend the Ice n Nice shop and look forward to going there again in the future as our younger daughter pick up Skating as well.”

“I ordered a pair of shoes for pickup here as they were the only store within the GTA with my size in stock, so I drove down from Brampton to grab them. The experience I had here was like no other I’ve ever experienced at a Sport Chek or even other retail stores in general. The customer service provided was above and beyond anything I’ve ever seen. They were friendly, helpful, kind and courteous. The store itself was also gorgeous, with a huge selection and clean overall. I wish I lived closer to here, I’m very pleased with my short little trip here today, made being stuck in traffic both ways worth it.”

“I recently purchased 2 pr of mens sz 42 stretch shorts with zipper from pockets . Very comfortable and decent quality. Looking to try their mens pants through online order but want to ensure their comparable to the shorts and the fit as well as returnable. The shorts I have I highly recommend. I am a 79 yr old so judge accordingly.”
