They always have new items each time I visit and an excellent selection of home decor. The staff actually gives you genuine smiles, which makes your shopping experience more enjoyable. I have never left this location without purchasing something new. Thank you for making your customers happy ? I highly recommend this location ?”
“Me and my family of one wife, 2 husband, and 3 boys we came here to get some new swag for the joe Rogan fan meet in October, and when we enter winners, we kindly greeted by staff then we start buying shirts with Joe Rogan ( there was a lot in winners) I picked the red one and the other fam picked the yellows one. After an hour, we left winners. This was an unforgettable experience.”

“Relocation site. First time in. Store products well laid out, floor staff available to help but some seem to be still learning. Checkout was quick, staff there friendly. Box store so mall parking available. It is adequate for shoppers.”
“Huge store and fantastic service! Bought winter boots, and while checking out, I asked if they replaced batteries in car fobs. The staff member not only showed me how to do it, but also made sure I purchased the right battery for it. 10/10!”

“As with all.Home Depot stores they have a good selection of products. They have increased their appliance section over the last several years and the brands and selection has improved. The Seasonal section was in Post Holiday/Pre Spring mode so of little interest.
I needed a couple small tools and the selection was excellent, making my decision a tough.
Of the three HD store in Waterloo Region it is my preferred store.”
