I needed a new insert for my Hauser cushions as Toronto raccoons moved into the cushions during the snow season.
Not only did Hauser tell me how to clean the cushion covers thoroughly, they also promptly ordered a new insert as the crafty coons knew how to make their winter home in them.
I did know that the cushions should be indoors over the winter but thought that I could get away with it.
As ever, they will look fabulous on our deck and patio again this summer.

She asked me different questions and had me try mattresses that would be good for me. She is a gem! I picked a Kingsdown mattress and I received it yesterday.
