“Came in to buy a new pair of shoes today, and was helped by the sweetest most professional girl. Victoria really did her best to consider everything I was looking for. She gave me suggestions based on my current shoes, and asked great questions about my foot’s shape, heel, and ankles. She asked how they affect the kind of shoes I typically wear, and gave me suggestions accordingly. Almost every shoe she recommended fit what I was looking for in size, style, and shape. In the end I left with a pair of high top converse. She even recommended a shoe protectant to preserve the canvas. Absolutely wonderful customer service, great knowledge or product, wonderful balance of professionalism and charisma, with the best communicative skills.”
“Love coming here and is my repeated hot spot for buying new boots. Also along with heavy duty work gear every now and then. They beat everyone else by miles. Not nessacarily the cheapest but you certainly get your money's worth.”

“Very friendly staff. Clothes were also of decent price. They were not thag expensive. I mean you can get a jeans for 10$ which for students who are not in a position to spend lavishly can go to this store to buy some decent clothes.”

“I had called ahead about a pair of Steve Madden shoes I couldn’t get in Guelph. The woman on the phone was very helpful and set this shoes aside for me.
When I arrived the store was VERY busy. But a gentlemen approached me almost immediately to help me out. After trying the shoes on they were a little big and I asked for a half size smaller. Even with it being so busy he helped me again immediately and with a smile.
Another gentlemen was working the cash register. He was also very friendly and helpful I signed up with their rewards program.
I didn’t get any names of the 3 employees but they all deserve a raise!”

“What an awesome experience. After a quick phone call with Al a few days before the appointment he was able to curate an incredible selection of pieces for me to try on. I tried on a bunch of stuff I wouldn't have in a typical store and ended up really liking a lot of his picks. He also built a wicked playlist based on my tastes. Could not recommend this more.
