“Super super helpful staff at this location. I recently purchased 4 stools at the pickering location and when i called whitby to see if they had the same one available as I needed 5. The woman on the phone was super friendly took all the information and came back with the correct model number. I then asked her to put aside as I was coming from Ajax store and when I arrived it was ready to go at the front.
Such an easy call and a super friendly staff member who was willing to help. :)”
“Went in today with a special light bulb in my hand standing infront of the vast selection feeling a little overwhelmed a Canadian Tire staff associate came over and held out his hand I gave him the light bulb he didn't say a word then I realized he was returning from a lunch break possibly still chewing. Once completed he asked what the bulb was for showed me what to look for and then he found them for me such wonderful man thank you. I was completely rude peopled out for the day and your helpfulness when I expected none was sincerely appreciated. Then I went up to cash the cashier seemed to be closing up her till for the day and she stopped rang me through with a nice smile and have a nice day. Canadian Tire outstanding customer service.”
“While I was entering the store, the staff at the entrance reminded me to grab the things quickly as the store will be closing in 5 minutes . I grabbed the items, but I couldn't locate the car's cabin air filter. However I rushed back to the counter and mentioned the staff as I couldn't locate it. Even though it's last minute request the staff connected with another member and got me the required part for without any hesitation during the closing hour. (Feb 6th 2026) . They really value customer. service.”
“5 stars by far for Valerie, I work in retail and I don't really get blown away by average/good service, but Valerie tonight I asked her for something, she then helped me for about 5 minutes trying to find it and I said no worries cuz we couldn't find it she came to be about 10 minutes later and told me WM had it in the pharmacy. Poorly written sorry but yeah please we need more people like this working in retail”
