It features a new play place with a zone for young children, which is good and cheap and provides a store discount. It can be a celebration destination for gifts. While staff are great and helpful, prices are often inflated and expensive compared to online retailers, making it hard to compete. Some products may lack pricing. The store offers in-person shopping and free store pick-up.
I have to drop my rating for few reasons. The toys are unreasonably expensive compared to online retailers. They also increased the fees for the playlab arena so much that other indoor play centers in the city are cheaper and yet have bigger space.

The new addition of the play place at the back really makes this place shine. Especially since it has a 1-3 year old zone. Something incredibly hard to find with little ones.

Classic toy place since the 90s. Will miss when they all close down. Thank you for all the amazing memories. Great staff and has a new play place now to keep business afloat. Sadly prices are still inflated compared to online. Hard to compete with places like Costco and Amazon. Stay strong!
