“I purchased a Safe-Tec Asgard helmet and foldable bike lock from Demon Electric (DE), and they're excellent products.
I had some set up trouble with the helmet, and via great communication, the issue was fixed by troubleshooting on DE's end.
I recently purchased an eBike where I live, and I like the product that I bought, but that company has horrible customer service (delays in communication & assistance): that alone makes me wish I had bought my bike from Demon Electric, as they truly know how to treat their customers. 10/10.”
