“I have no words for how helpful the owners of Naturaw have been. The level of education, care and diligence they put into every interaction with their customers is like nothing I’ve experienced with pet care. I’ve been feeding my cat with their food for 5 years and have never had any issue, every vet visit is positive and I will continue to recommend Naturaw. Their products are clean, healthy and I feel comfortable feeding my cat this trusted food. Also their skincare products are amazing.”

“Best pet store, hands down. The staff are amazing, helpful in every way. I can't say enough. Accommodating. Rarely do they not have what I need and if they don't they order it right away! It comes in quickly and I always get a call. Customer service goes a along way for me. People who care and are well informed about their product. Helping you find the best bang for your buck. Offering a discount if they can. I mean, I am happy every time I leave this store and had to leave this review Highly recommend!!!”

“I cannot say enough good things about Fragbox Corals! The selection is always incredible, but what truly sets this place apart is the outstanding customer service. Victoria went completely above and beyond for me. Her kindness, genuine care, and patience made all the difference. It is rare to find someone so dedicated to helping customers feel supported and confident. Thank you, Victoria, and the whole team, I will definitely be back!”

30 West Beaver Creek Rd Unit 111, Richmond Hill ON L4B 3K1
“We started with NutriCanine about a year ago for our three lucky dogs (Westies). All of them absolutely devour each recipe, and I immediately noticed how elevated their level of excitement became at mealtime. Since I transitioned over to exclusively feeding them NutriCanine (as per our holistic vet’s recommendation), I am shocked how their gut health has improved and how it shows in their whiter, shinier coats. Particularly where there is no more discolouration around their muzzles! Many dogs, like our Westies, have gut sensitivities and allergies, and I have seen this addressed simply by feeding them better quality food, made easy with NutriCanine. I’d like to think of how much money and grief we are saving on vet bills and a better quality of life. Hugely recommend - all dogs deserve it.”

“I happened to come across this store at chance and could not have been more happy with the help I received! As an owner of two cats that don’t get along, I’m always on the hunt for new, interesting toys to keep them stimulated. I came in hopes of looking for calming treats and came out with cute new toys and a couple of other items that were on my pet wishlist as well!”

“I can’t recommend this place enough! I brought Jake in for a summer grooming session, and he looks absolutely fantastic. The attention to detail was clear, and he came out looking (and smelling) better than ever. I had a last-minute request added to our appointment, and they handled it without any hesitation. It’s rare to find a spot that provides such high-quality work while being so accommodating to schedule changes. We will definitely be back!”

“I’ve been coming here since my dog Reign was a puppy, and after more than six years I can’t say enough good things about the team. They know both Reign and me by name and are always so friendly, helpful and genuinely happy to see us. The staff truly care about their customers and their pets and consistently go above and beyond to help. A special shoutout to Siobhan, the manager, as well as Sherin, Kasie and Billy. They’ve all been wonderful over the years and are a huge part of why I continue to come back. It’s so nice having a local pet store where you and your dog are remembered and always made to feel welcome. Highly recommend!”

1542 Bayview Avenue, Toronto ON M4G 3B6
“Everyone who works here is absolutely the best. I switched pet stores just to come here for the staff. They always know my dog and what treats he likes (he’s picky) And whenever I say to him, do you want to go get treats ? He only heads in the direction to leaside pets and not his previous store. He doesn’t even take treats from the other store anymore. I think it’s safe to say, he is a king and they treat him like one here. They are also very knowledgeable in regards to any product. They sell only the best. Thank you for having such great staff and welcoming store. Kino, Jess and Anna”

“Our 85-pound drama queen of a dog with a thick, long-haired double coat is not the easiest grooming client. Thus we've been loyal clients of Doggies and Bubbles (and especially their groomer Amir) for nearly 4 years. They treat her with so much love and do an impeccable job. She's always thrilled to go back and see the whole team.”

3232 Yonge St, Toronto ON M4N 2L4
“Skip the big chains and support this wonderful local business! This is a fantastic grooming spot with a friendly, caring team that always goes above and beyond. They also carry an amazing selection of high-quality products and adorable dog apparel you won’t find anywhere else. A true neighbourhood gem for both pups and their owners! I’m so grateful for the care they gave my dog. They took the time to do everything I requested, including a bath, brushing, sanitary trim, and nail clipping. The team was kind, attentive, and treated her like their own. From start to finish, it was a wonderful experience. Highly recommend supporting this fantastic local business.”

“These folks are great. Everyone here is super helpful, quick to treat your pet, and they have a ton of stock considering it's a small shop. On site grooming service is very good - even our nervous escape artist rescue pup seems happy to come back.”
