“Windsor Powerhouse to the rescue! Brought my car there on Sat just before closing to get the battery checked due to a starting issue. They performed a thorough check and the car just died. They not only gave me a great deal on a starter, they pushed our car down the street to have it installed. They even stuck around for an hour or so after closing just to make sure everything was ok. “Well, just a little heads up to all you BMW lovers the last place I’d probably go I don’t know would be overseas BMW of Windsor because I bought a car no I didn’t buy it there, but it was only a two year-old car and it went there for warranty work First off. I brought it in because I had 17,000 km and the tires went bad. They charged me 300 bucks to look at them to come out and tell me there’s nothing they could do about. It wouldn’t even fight to see if they could get covered under warranty. I had to sneak a professional tire guy in that they didn’t know was a tire guy to ask this manager by the name of Tom some questions and basically put his foot in his mouth so what I’m saying is when you spend over $100,000 on any BMW vehicle and it has 17,000 km and the tires are garbage and they won’t fight for you I think that’s ridiculous. Also, I just had to have the car brought back there by not my choice, but for warranty work, they come back with a ridiculous bill saying that something wasn’t covered, which is fine, but then sent my car back to the city that I live in With damage wouldn’t answer. The phone told the dealership that I bought the car from but they didn’t do it didn’t call them back after the fact and left me sitting with a BMW Z4 with damage no phone calls. Didn’t even call the dealer back when they called them back a couple times to figure out hey what’s going on so just a heads up if you want to deal with the dealership that has anything to do with BMW as far as I know and what I’ve dealt with London is pretty good overseas auto until they give me a phone call back and apologize and fix their problem. It’s a multi million dollar company That I know how fleet insurance works or insurance. For them works they have at least a $10,000 deductible they have a multi million dollar company and I have three to $4000 damage on my car which would be like them going to buy a pack of cigarettes But anyways to eat their own just giving you a little heads up. Take pictures of your car before you bring it to overseas auto”

“Would highly recommend this mechanic shop!! Nick is very knowledgeable and considerate to his customers. He does not take advantage of you, and as a woman myself that’s a big concern when it comes to cars. He finds the problems and fixes it every time. He does not do more more work ($$) than necessary and keeps the interest of the customer in mind every time. He goes as far as educating you on the problem and what was specifically done. “Gerry and Jeff are WONDERFUL! They have been so helpful and kind. I have had trouble resourcing a rim and a tire for a great rate and they were able to find it for me. They work hard and are honest. They try to help you oit by finsing thw best deal. They are affordable, quick, and polite. I recommend them wholeheartedly. 10/10 will come again!

“If you are looking for a trust worthy and dedicated auto shop, this is the place to go. They treat their clients like family and goes the extra mile just to help you. They will even look for different suppliers to find the cheapest but with quality parts for your vehicle. A lot of times they would even sacrifice their personal time working on vehicles even past their work hours or weekend because they know how difficult it is without car. You would see their shop flooded with cars because that's how their clients trust them so much. “Did my engine oil change along with replacing my old oil filter with a new one.
Less wait time. I waited just for 10 minutes for my turn. Yusuf mechanic boy is really talented and skillful. He changed my engine oil very gently and carefully. While doing the whole process, he also explained to me all about the maintenance of oil change and oil filter. The while process just took less than 25 minutes.
The owner is very good and understanding. He has good patience level while dealing with the vehicle. He will not rush you. Owner always gives very reasonable price when compared with other competitors in windsor area.”

“I got the brakes done on my Hyundai Sonata — rotors and pads on all four wheels — and it’s been 3–4 months now. Everything is still running perfectly with no noise at all.
My previous mechanic used to charge me more but still installed cheaper parts, and the brakes would start making noise within 2–3 months. The difference this time is very noticeable.
