“From start to finish, my experience with Merrilyn and the delivery team at Tasco Toronto on Dufferin was amazing.
I came into the showroom three separate times before finally deciding on a fridge, and every single time, I was greeted with kindness and patience. No pressure, no attitude, just genuine help. Merrilyn was an absolute gem. She helped me choose the right fridge and made sure it would fit by carefully checking my measurements.
On delivery day, the team noticed a dent in the door before unloading and immediately let me know. They didn’t try to hide it or “make it work.” They took it back and made sure I would get a new one. Merrilyn personally ensured the replacement fridge was carefully inspected, and when it arrived, the team even let me inspect it on the truck before bringing it inside.
The delivery team, led by Terry, was incredible. Professional, skilled, and thoughtful. He made the executive decision to remove the fridge doors to get it around my curved stairway and triple-checked that everything was aligned and level when reinstalling them. He even offered to replace my old water line with one that had a shut-off valve and went above and beyond by running water through the fridge to clear it properly, following the instructions.
I truly could not have asked for a better experience. Even with the first delivery (lead by Ryan), they cared enough to make sure I didn’t end up with an imperfect product and discover it later. That says everything about their integrity and customer service.
Don’t second guess it. Get your appliances from Tasco Toronto on Dufferin. You will not regret it.”

This is my fourth visit to this Home Depot location, and every experience has been excellent. The staff here are consistently professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Whenever I need information or assistance, they take the time to explain everything from scratch and guide me patiently.
In the past, I have interacted with several staff members, including the manager, and everyone has demonstrated a high level of professionalism and customer service.
Today, I visited to purchase painting materials and was especially impressed by Ms. Susan at the paint counter. She provided outstanding support, clearly explained my options, and helped me choose exactly what I needed within my budget. Her guidance made the entire process easy and stress-free.
This is truly Canadian-style customer service at its best, and I feel proud to shop at this location. Highly recommended. WOW!”
“Good morning I dealt with aarons before when they were on eglinton ave west but they closed that one, I wanted to get a new dryer not knowing about the etobicoke store but I decided to call them. The first lady I spoke to helped me along the way she was so nice to me about a week after I called back I spoke to a young man he was just as nice and patient with me then I spoke to another lady who was awesome with me. She went above and beyond to help me she spoke so nice that I felt calm she guided me along the way, never much me to have an account with them in the end I took the dryer from then. I got it in two days time the two men who delivered it , they came in they were also nice to me and my husband they have a lot of respect ? for us ,please let your staff know how awesome and more awesome they are ,I dealt with five staff members in all no complaints will deal with them again, if I can give more stars I will ,I know my review is long but it is worth it. Please keep up the good work your staff is doing and thank God i am able to get my appliance from aarons etobicoke ,I will be dealing with them again and again thank God for you'll God bless ? ?.”

“I had the good fortune of having Ahmad Sabah help me with buying a new stove. I was uncertain about which one but finally settled on a dual heat range in my price bracket. As a senior citizen I was apprehensive about the delivery and the installing. Ahmad helped me with it all. The delivery was on time and within an hour the installers arrived, did the connection to gas and power, showed me the basics of the stove, took away the old appliance along with all the cardboard and foam that had covered the new one. “Amanda at the pro desk was the definition of pro customer care. A beam of light, she did the best she could in providing information regarding the tools we were looking for. Milwaukee drills and nail gun. Amanda went above and beyond by asking me questions about my purchases throughout the year and if I had pro xtra account. She thought me how to better utilize my account and how to redeem gift cards from it. Amanda took time and was patient with all my questions. Overall an amazing experience.”

“Called Eddie based on the reviews and the fact he was local. He came by next day, assesed the issue and offered me options. We opted to replace our vacuum and he completed the work within 2 hours, and moved it to a more convienent location. Pricing was great and we are very satisfied with him. We would highly recommend his services but he's also a great guy too. Was super pleasant with my wife and loves dogs too!”
