“I have always had a positive experience with my numerous dealings with The Brick over the years. A week ago, I was having difficulty completing an online order and I was connected with a sales representative from the Dundas Street East store. I dealt with Shailja S. over the phone and completed my transaction. She was excellent offering assistance, a discount on my items and ensure that all was completed to my satisfaction. She ended having to stay later than her normal work hours, contacted me at home and confirmed the purchase. In fact, she reconnected with me a week later when the items arrived at the Brick warehouse in my community for pick-up. It was excellent service and she really went above and beyond. “From start to finish, my experience with Merrilyn and the delivery team at Tasco Toronto on Dufferin was amazing.
I came into the showroom three separate times before finally deciding on a fridge, and every single time, I was greeted with kindness and patience. No pressure, no attitude, just genuine help. Merrilyn was an absolute gem. She helped me choose the right fridge and made sure it would fit by carefully checking my measurements.
On delivery day, the team noticed a dent in the door before unloading and immediately let me know. They didn’t try to hide it or “make it work.” They took it back and made sure I would get a new one. Merrilyn personally ensured the replacement fridge was carefully inspected, and when it arrived, the team even let me inspect it on the truck before bringing it inside.
The delivery team, led by Terry, was incredible. Professional, skilled, and thoughtful. He made the executive decision to remove the fridge doors to get it around my curved stairway and triple-checked that everything was aligned and level when reinstalling them. He even offered to replace my old water line with one that had a shut-off valve and went above and beyond by running water through the fridge to clear it properly, following the instructions.
I truly could not have asked for a better experience. Even with the first delivery (lead by Ryan), they cared enough to make sure I didn’t end up with an imperfect product and discover it later. That says everything about their integrity and customer service.
Don’t second guess it. Get your appliances from Tasco Toronto on Dufferin. You will not regret it.”

“Lots of choices. They were the only online shop that sells the Dyson soft roller head at a cheaper price. Very fast response via Facebook messaging. Was worried it would be a fake or a used one, but the quality and the sticker convinced me it's the real deal. There were two crack line on the head but after some googling it seems to be a common issue. You can buy and pay online and pick up in store to save money. There's even a coupon code online.”

“Went to A&A Appliances on Woddbine north of Danforth and met with Sajad. My washing machine was not draining or spinning out at the end of the cycle. Sajad identified a possible issue and outlined the reasonable cost to fix it. He came to the house within an hour, assessed the problem and fixed it directly. There was another minor issue that he brought to my attention and addressed it as well. Sajad was professional, polite and attended to the problem directly so that we could use the washing machine that very same day for the price that he had quoted. Very satisfied and would use him again for other appliance problems should they arise”

This is my fourth visit to this Home Depot location, and every experience has been excellent. The staff here are consistently professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Whenever I need information or assistance, they take the time to explain everything from scratch and guide me patiently.
In the past, I have interacted with several staff members, including the manager, and everyone has demonstrated a high level of professionalism and customer service.
Today, I visited to purchase painting materials and was especially impressed by Ms. Susan at the paint counter. She provided outstanding support, clearly explained my options, and helped me choose exactly what I needed within my budget. Her guidance made the entire process easy and stress-free.
This is truly Canadian-style customer service at its best, and I feel proud to shop at this location. Highly recommended. WOW!”

As a senior citizen I was apprehensive about the delivery and the installing. Ahmad helped me with it all. The delivery was on time and within an hour the installers arrived, did the connection to gas and power, showed me the basics of the stove, took away the old appliance along with all the cardboard and foam that had covered the new one.
