“I spoke with Angelo Moutoulas recently regarding a replacement for a washer/dryer combo in a condo building. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped me troubleshoot the issue instead of pushing for a new sale. His advice ended up resolving the issue which saved me over $2000!! I previously went to big box stores like Rona and Home Depot and they just push the replacement sale (stay away from big box stores!). Thankfully I stopped by this location as well. I will definitely buy from them when the time comes. 5/5”

“Lots of choices. They were the only online shop that sells the Dyson soft roller head at a cheaper price. Very fast response via Facebook messaging. Was worried it would be a fake or a used one, but the quality and the sticker convinced me it's the real deal. There were two crack line on the head but after some googling it seems to be a common issue. You can buy and pay online and pick up in store to save money. There's even a coupon code online.”

“I bought two cans of paint (two different colours: white and yellow). The employee switched the labels on the cans. I didn't realize the mistake until I ran out of the white paint. I took a picture of the label on the can of white paint, went to the store, got the label scanned and had it done by a different employee. I came home with a gallon of yellow paint. I came back to see if they could try to re-mix the yellow and get it as close to the white one, but to no avail. I tried to get a refund, but they refused, even though it was their fault. Waste of $55 for a can of paint I'll never be able to use.

I DM'd the Home Depot fb page and a representative named Elena reached out to me. I explained the situation, and she issued a gift card equivalent to the value of the wrong paint given to me. She was very helpful and professional. The issue was resolved quickly, and the interaction was pleasant. For this, I take back my one-star review. Thanks Elena!”

“I had the good fortune of having Ahmad Sabah help me with buying a new stove. I was uncertain about which one but finally settled on a dual heat range in my price bracket. As a senior citizen I was apprehensive about the delivery and the installing. Ahmad helped me with it all. The delivery was on time and within an hour the installers arrived, did the connection to gas and power, showed me the basics of the stove, took away the old appliance along with all the cardboard and foam that had covered the new one. Thank you Ahmad .”
