“Mark took care of me and my car. What makes him different? My impression: Service. Integrity. Expertise. I was introduced to Mark-Caesar by chance. I had auto body work on my car at Northwest Collision Centre, and there was an issue with the Blindspot Detection System after the work. I thought maybe something happened inadvertently during the body work? After a look over the car, John at Northwest said there was no reason that would be the case. I agreed with him. John could have let me deal with the problem after that, but he said, let me introduce you to Mark across street. If he can help, he will. Mark and his shop were busy. The service team walked around with purpose and focus. You walk into the waiting room and you can tell: this guy takes his work seriously. One of his customers, a commercial operator, without prompting, offered up an opinion: Mark and his team are great. He brought him all his business. I thought I could see why. When John was able to get Mark's attention he said, I am busy at the moment, but when I get a chance I will look at it. Some people say that hoping to brush you off. My impression was he said it because he made commitments to people and he was going to honour those commitments with his time and expertise. And when he could, he would look at the problem as soon as feasible and give it his full attention. He said maybe 1-2 hours. I said no problem. I left but I immediately came back because I forgot something in my car. He said: hang on....it turns out he could take a moment to look. He looked over my car, he did a diagnostic. Nothing. All looked good. But it didn't make sense. Things weren't working. He popped the hood. Looked things over for about five minutes. Lo and behold, he found an issue. Hidden underneath a cover, some other mechanic left two cables unplugged. Problem solved. Fixed. This may not sound like a big deal. And turns out the fix wasn't. But what was impressive was that he kept at it. He cared to get it right. He didn't know me. Didn't owe me anything. He just did it because that's what a professional does. He wasn't going to charge me for his time either, a good 20 minutes. But I insisted. Please take a token of my appreciation, and I was grateful he accepted. Bottom line: go to Mark. He will take care of you.”

This is a tiny hole-in-the-wall place but gave me better advice in one visit than the 7 years at my dealership. If you need warranty work, this is not your place but honest service, no better. He did my rear brakes and oil change at probably 50% less than I would have paid at the dealer.”

“I had a terrible misfire on my 2008 Porsche Cayenne. The Porsche dealership quoted me $3000 for ignition coils + spark plugs replacement. The main independent Porsche specialist of Toronto quoted me $2000. I contacted Euro-Luxury after hearing great things about them from the Porsche Club of Upper Canada. He was able to quote me a little less than $1000 and same-day pickup. After receiving the car it is driving like a brand new Porsche and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Murphy took the time to show me a few more things and explain some other issues and was extremely patient with all my questions and concerns.
