My terminal for cancelled after some issues with the risk protection company (fiser) and it was a huge headache in trying to get in contact with them. Henry went above and beyond in helping me and contacting risk protection for me and for my terminal up and running again in no time. Would definitely requesting for Henry if trying to set up an account!”

“I would give this five stars as the staff have always been unfailingly friendly and helpful. But Wednesday I went to deposit cash from a local fundraiser (I had put up the float) that the volunteer told me was $500. When the teller took the cash she counted $490. Thing was she did the strangest method of counting, and she did it under the counter where it was hard for me to see. I asked her to count again. Same result $490. But again she did it out of my line of sight and in some bizarre way. So I asked her to have a colleague count it. WOW was she pissed at me. (She wasn’t exactly warm to begin with). Her manager counted it properly, right in front of me and indeed it was $10 short. She was beyond mad at me at this point. So she was right, the customer is WRONG. You win Miss Teller. But in future when I go to the bank and I will return because it’s usually a great experience, I will wait for a different teller . PAULA you are in the wrong job.”

I went today to change $20 to 4 fives, a lazy rep. after waiting for more than 1/2 an hour told me that she will not serve me because I`m not a customer!
(I spent thousands and thousands in this bank as I was a client for over 30 years!)
Now this is how they avoid doing their job!
Now I remembered why it was time for me to move on from lazy staff that make the good ones get painted by the same brush!”
