“I don't know why you'd go anywhere else, this family owned tire shop isn't just trying to sell you a tire. They will help you get where your going. I couldn't afford new tires a few years ago, so he told me what to look for at the wrecking yard and then he mounted and balanced them. Since then I've bought two set of tires one for each of my cars. They'll give you an honest opinion, but will still let you do what you want. Growing up is learning to replace your tires when they get to the wear bars, not when the thread is smooth. I'm not there yet but someday.”
“I am so Happy to share that this place treats you right . I had my car alignment checked and they found that my alignment was all good , so I asked if could do oil changed and OMG, only cost me $45 for the oil change. You want a fair price and honest place than this is the place to go.

“If I could rate this business (and owner/manager Nathan) with 10 stars, I would. My elderly mom and her little dog and I drove to Lava with a flashing engine light on my Honda Odyssey believe it or not, and Nathan helped us get a rental car from Enterprise and get on our way to a funeral at the coast. His team worked on my van the next day and it was all ship shape with new spark plugs and a coil and he waited until after closing time for us to return from the coast to hand us the keys. He went super above and beyond and it was apparent that he sort of lives to serve. I work in healthcare and he's like one of those awesome nurses or imaging professionals who really and truly cares about every patient. Thank you Nathan and Lava for taking such good care of us in a rotten situation. This review sounds make up but I swear it's true! Thank you Lava!”

From Kyle, the young salesman, to Lilly, sales manager, to Anthony, the finance guy, we were treated with respect and patience (we're old and are a little slow). I feel that we have friends in Albany! And the car is a dream to drive.”
“We brought a vehicle here to be inspected prior to purchase. First off, they got us in with only 24 hours notice. Other mechanic shops had quoted me $290 to do the inspection and auto motion only asked for $80 which was totally reasonable. On the day of, they were quick and efficient. Told us exactly what was wrong and quoted us great prices (that I later double checked with another auto shop and his quote was spot on.) We will do business here in the future!”

“After spending time and money at 2 different shops I finally found LC Diesel. Shelby quickly diagnosed what had happened to my 6.7 power stroke and provided a few options for remediation. He gave me a detailed estimate, provided a good timeline for repairs and kept his word on both topics. He provided updates and pictures during the rebuild process and was very informative as to what was going on and status of parts.
Finding a good and honest diesel mechanic is no easy task, I would highly recommend giving Shelby an opportunity.

“I live in Corvallis, and was broken down in Florence, needing a motorcycle tow. Dan was respectful and honest about costs, and gave me several different thoughts on how I might get home is a less costly way. He even called me back to check on me a couple times, and offered a few more suggestions. Ultimately I didn't need a tow, but if I ever do, Hwy 34 towing will get my business, since Dan helped me figure out of a difficult situation -- at no cost to me, and no earnings for him, except my respect and gratitude.”
“Saturday at noon, I started my Toyota Sienna after it had been stored for 4 months, and was surprised to find a severe leak in coolant. The plastic nipple has broken off at the top of the radiator. I was surprised to find this repair shop open, and just a couple blocks from me. They worked me into the schedule, performed a simple, low cost and completely functional repair with a small brass fitting and JB Weld, and I am back on the road. Most shops would have just said that I needed a new radiator, which I will at some point. But this simple repair, as done, is working well, and saving me hundreds, both time and money!!! They were courteous, responsive, and helpful! The "old-school" repair showed true resourcefulness. They are nice guys doing good work.”
“Top tier service at this shop. I had a custom s400 turbo from forced inductions that failed immediately after install. Joe determined the failure was due to poor quality bearings. He rebuilt my turbo with authentic borg Warner parts as well as some custom work with the exhaust wheel to make it fit my exhaust housing. The turbo has performed flawlessly. I will be sending all of my turbos to you guys from now on. The price was more than fair and the service was above and beyond”

“This is a review for sales and service. Sales team was great. The paperwork to buy the car took way longer than expected due to some staff scheduling issues but they were very nice the whole way through it and kept us up to date on the wait. We got the car we wanted and everything was good...just a bit slow that day. The service team is usually great also. We have had a few days where they are behind and an oil change has taken hours or our car taken back way after our appt time but usually they are great and fast and always easy to work with. We have been using them for service for our toyotas for years and only had a few meh experiences. I will say I wish the waiting room for service was a little more kid friendly. It literally says child friendly waiting room but it is an empty silent room with nothing for a kid to do. Our last service my 3 month old and 3 yr old had to come with me. I was getting glares over soft baby babbling and my son asking me questions about cars. I can't even give him a magazine in there to look at as they are all guns and wine. Hoping since Beaverton bought them they add some kid stuff because Beaverton Toyota has an amazing area for parents with kids to wait and it made it awesome when I lived up there. But for Albany even like some color pages and crayons or kids aged books/magazines would make it easier. Because right now it is a very uncomfortable place to wait with kids...lots of glares and nothing to do. We got glares and my kids were perfectly behaved. I can't imagine what a mom with a kid having a bad day or isn't as well behaved would do. Overall it is a great experience but do wish their kid friendly waiting lobby was actually kid friendly. It is just more a place a kid won't get hurt in.”
“I had to get my bumper fixed after it got dislodged. The first shop I took it to told me I’d need a whole new bumper, even though there was no visible damage aside from it being a bit wonky. I took it to Possum and they put in the effort of pulling the bumper off to be sure about what it needed and ended up getting it looking perfect for far less than I’d have paid for a new bumper. Glad I went to this place!”

“I needed tires desperately. I called and spoke to Brian Monday morning and explained my situation Brian was very attentive to my needs. I hurried over to the shop after work. 5 pm ( they close at 5: 30). Brian worked diligently to get me the best deal and could get better and less expensive tires the next day! The employees checked and put air in my leaky tires to ensure I will travel safe untill the next day when I can get back there! I get a courtesy call my tires are in. I get to the shop at 7 minutes after 5(after work) and the have my new tires on,balanced and ready to go by 5: 27pm. You guys are awesome, the best! I will never get my tires anywhere else. I let everyone I know that Beggs Tires is the best and only place to go! Thank you and God bless!”
