“We had an unfortunate situation of being stranded in our 40 ft diesel motorhome on highway 101 this week due to an Engine failure alarm. Unfortunately, a mobile mechanic was not able to diagnose and fix the problem, instead he recommended we have it towed to the shop in Albany, Oregon. The shop manager, Tim, and his team were able to diagnosis the problem, order the needed parts and had us back on the road the following afternoon. The technicians provided excellent ( honest) customer service, are obviously very knowledgeable in their field and treated us as a priority We would give Tim an his team 10 stars if that was possible!”
