Cari Schmidt helped me, she had one of the techs screw it back on making new holes (bc the scrape had ruined the old ones). Was in and out in about 10 minutes, and when I asked how much I owed them they said nothing. Such kindness! Will definitely go back ❤”

“In 2019, a large tree limb fell on my son's brand new car. We dropped it off at Freebird because they had good reviews, and because I remember their commercials from 30 or so years ago.

The car did not have frame damage, which was a miracle. The roof was crunched on the side, the back window was broken, and it rained so the interior got wet. Minor damage in other spots.

The car took a month to repair. Why? They have a lot of business and they do all around amazing work. The car came back and it was in pristine condition. You could not even tell there was damage. Remember this car was brand new, 8 days old. The time it took for repairs would be the only downside, but it was worth it, and here's why.

Since, we have had 2 cars repaired somewhere else, each time wanting the cars to go to Freebird, but for some reason ended up at the insurance preferred shop. Both cars had to be taken back for paint repairs and other things (like glue being used instead of a replacement part). I regret the repairs at the other body shop.

Customer service? I think it was alright. I prefer an excellent job on repairs as opposed to someone thanking me for my business (I don't want to be thanked for getting in an accident). They were curious, and I did not need someone to go over the repairs that were obviously done. Car repairs are stressful to the customer, their staff was not rude, more even toned.

I was updated throughout the process of price changes, new parts being added, and when the vehicle will be done. The staff was AMAZING and when I picked up my car I was shocked by how great it looked. They clean, waxed, and replaced my license plate cover (all of this free of cost).
