He'd been kicked out of every groomer I'd taken him to on both sides of the country, and we had resorted to having the Vet anesthetize him and buzz him when his hair got too long. But he met his match with Urban Tails! Not only did they do an AMAZING job with him, but he was always so excited to go and see everyone there. I knew he was treated well and that he respected his groomer in a way he didn't respect me (I couldn't even bathe him). Benji passed away from Lymphoma last Saturday at age 9, and I credit Urban Tails and their gentle handling of Benji and his Terrier-tude for making him more relaxed at the Vet as well. He went from having to be muzzled for the entirety of his visits to getting IVs, temperature checks, and imaging without so much as a growl. Thank you, Urban Tails Grooming for the care you gave Benji during his life. ❤

The vet tech was kind and efficient and the vet was absolutely amazing. He took plenty of time to make sure that our old girl will live her senior years in comfort.

933 SW Queen Ave, AlbanyAbout 2 years ago, our 14 year old Chihuahua had a seizure, out of nowhere...I called the vet we'd been using for all our dogs over the previous 20 years and told them what happened. Her response, "Well we close in about 10 minutes so we won't be able to help you. I told her I could be there in about 5 minutes, but same response. I hung up and called Reid's clinic and the person asked me to bring my little buddy in. They waited for us and after checking him out, recommended we go to the emergency clinic in Corvallis so they could keep an eye on him and run tests to determine the cause. They (Reid's) didn't charge us a dime and we headed to Corvallis. We were there all night, and ended up putting my little Louie down. It was a long sad night, but Reid's now takes care of our new puppy. Couldn't be happier. I don't want to name our previous vet, but they will never see our pets again. Reid's is fantastic.

We were super anxious because this was our first time traveling without our pets. It made us feel a lot better that they offer to stay in home with our pets, especially because it was a holiday season. We got to meet Kat beforehand and she got to know our pets and their habits/routines. They sent us pictures every other day and communicated with us. Our pets seem happy and healthy upon our return, and our house was clean as well, so we will definitely use again in the future!!

It was served with a light dressing all on a bed of nummy rice. An outstanding dish! My husband had the Balsamic Steak Salad. This salad had pickled onions, perfectly prepared steak, tomatoes and cucumbers. He opted out of the artichoke hearts and black olives (silly guy!) so they added some extra tomato and cucumbers to make up for it! He raved about the balsamic glaze that was just right not overpowering. All around a fantastic meal! We left full and making plans to come back. My new favorite place in Albany! Thanks

208 2nd Ave, AlbanyBeyond 5 stars. My daughter 30th birthday yesterday. We were in Albany just meandering around and stopped in at 4:01 pm (they open at 4:00) and asked for table. We did not have reservations and they were lovely about seating us. The first greeting to the last best delicious cup of coffee I ever had was perfect. We shared the charcuterie board both had entrees and dessert (which they kindly packaged to go) as we were just about stuffed. We were there until 6:15 pm. They never rushed us even though the restaurant was packed and I was mindful that probably every table was reserved. The quality of food was excellent. The service was above par and we will be back (we promise to make reservations next time). Thank you for helping me make my daughter's 30th birthday amazing. Jennifer and Coral

It's a food truck in a lot near a large gas station for trucks etc. My fav little spot. The woman who owns it is very sweet and personable. Sometimes she won't be open randomly but I get it. She has a life outside of making fantastic meats. Love it. Brings me back to Missouri

We decided to give it a try, and I'm so glad we did. It was very busy when we walked in, but the wait was short. We were starving and didn't want to wait for a table, so we sat at the bar instead. Best decision ever. The service was incredible. The girls were so sweet, Casey is amazing! and the hostess was incredibly accommodating. The food was hands down the best breakfast my husband and I have ever had. If you haven't been here yet, you absolutely need to try it, you won't be sorry. The only regret you'll have is not coming in sooner. Even the coffee was fire!
