“We love Tessera's location! We're walking distance to the train, giving us easy access to the airport. Multiple dining options are also within walking distance in downtown Orenco Station. The one bedroom with den floorplan really fit our needs, allowing our granddaughter to spend overnights with us. The secure parking ramp is particularly appreciated, with a Zip Car available, if the need arises. We have been impressed by how responsive the on-site management has been to our needs, going so far as to put items delivered to our door into our apartment when requested to do so. The overall facility is well-maintained. The food trucks that appear regularly on site are a particularly appreciated perk. We don't have a pet, but we can vicariously love all the pet traffic while sitting on our patio. Great place to live!”
“Put this apartment complex at the top of your list!
My wife and I are coming up on 3 years of living here, and the biggest reason we’ve chosen to stay is the team managing the complex. Matt is the community manager and has consistently delivered on making this a great place to live. Their flexible pet policy (all breeds welcome), accommodating team, and reasonable rent prices have completely changed our perception of apartment living and set an incredibly high bar that other communities just can't beat
Pros:
Pet friendly policies – no breed restrictions, dog park, and plenty of stocked pickup stations
Onsite office team and management – always approachable, helpful, and great to talk with (
Onsite maintenance team – quick response times, same-day fixes when possible, and very friendly
Free community events – ice cream socials, sip & paint, dog-friendly events, holiday events (honestly too many to list)
Food truck vendors – regular visits from local vendors (Boro Burger is our favorite)
Mature trees and landscaping
Location – easy walk to WinCo and Orenco Station with great restaurants and shops. About a 10–15 min walk to the train station and a short drive to a large dog park
Cons:
Can be noisy near the road due to Intel and traffic
No built-in A/C
Drainage can be a bit rough (seems common for the area)
My wife and I are happy to call this place home as we build our business and continue saving for a house. “I'm on day 11 of a newly adopted cat, and Matthew made maintenance of my dishwasher easy. I've lived at Arya for 10 years, and my dishwasher has never had an issue. Of course, it started for him, but he wasn't dismayed about the unnecessary visit. He did tell me 30 seconds of switching the breaker off would do a hard reset. I'm making appointments because of my new cat, and Matthew called while I was on lunch and came over. Excellent service!”
“Just a quick update as I continue to live here 7 years after this review was written. Everything below continues to hold true! The fact I am still here after 7 years proves it. I do want to add that I am disabled and I am very grateful for the staffs help and understanding as my needs can be different from the average person. The staff continue to do their best for any of those needs. They have been exceptional.
Amazing staff!! Great grounds! Great Apartment! I moved from Chicago and they helped me step by step to make sure that everything went incredibly smooth. Once moved they made sure I was happy with the apartment. I had a few issues and maintenance was very responsive and everything was fixed. I am a for life renter and it all about the service and Center Pointe has it!”
“As a newly arrived transplant to Oregon I’ve felt like a fish out of water trying to get acclimated to the new area. Nick and his colleagues have been amazing to work with here as I get settled—helping me navigate the property, deal with furniture delivery challenges and get to know the community better. I absolutely love it here, in no small part to the work they’ve done to make me feel so welcome. I only planned to be here for a short time but my experience has had me thinking this would be a great long term housing situation!”

“We loved our experience touring with Rebecca, and we were so grateful at how attentive she was to all of the details in helping us make a smooth transition. Our first walk through was not ideal as to the state of the apartment, and there are still a few maintenance requests to be filled, but the main ones were taken care of very quickly. “Amanda Wynn is such a competent, professional, friendly, accommodating and reliable property manager at The Knoll in Tigard. My family member has been a tenant for the past 7 months, and he is so happy to be a part of the community. Amanda provided extra assistance with the application process and is very responsive when repairs are needed. She also truly cares about the residents and goes beyond to assist. Amanda is also physically in the office during her office hours and actually answers the phone! I'm pointing this out because when calling other properties in the area, it has be difficult to talk to management in person, with calls often going to voice mail. We feel very fortunate to have found The Knoll Apartments and Amanda.”
“Great experience. I've been renting here for about a month and the leasing office is quick and on top of things—Tyler made the process quick and easy. The location is SO GOOD for a mid budget spot. Everything is clean, no porch pirates, you're close to everything, maintenence is fast, everyone is friendly. Love it.”

“New management is in Place as of May 8. I have had the privilege of encountering Eddie who has had many challenges taking this site over, it wasn't the best before the new group arrived on scene and it was getting worse, and now the ship has turned. Fountains are on! Customer service is amazing. I also had the distinct super positive experience with Kaylin in the leasing office. We added someone to the lease with the prior management and it was not the most positive experience, and Kaylin is in now with the new group and everything is extremely positive. What a completely different experience.

“These apartments have been hear for a long time and they have remodeled the units. I’ve been renting for 5 months now and it’s been pretty quiet at night . They keep up on the landscaping and keep it clean and the recreation area is awesome. The manager Mrs Rodrigues is easy to get along with and she’s on top of what goes on at the apartments. Having a manager that’s easy to get along with is important if you ask me . Best part of living there is you got all stores in walking distance and max station right next to us , that’s a plus if you have no car. Loving it .”

“I have been here almost a year and it's one of the best apartment complexes I've rented from. It is in a beautiful neighborhood right next to the Fanno Creek trail and wetlands, it is close to services, it is extremely quiet, the grounds are beautiful and the pool is clean. My only real complaint is that they don't maintain the exterior of the buildings very well. There's visible mold, a lot of moss, and spider webs and they don't pressure wash the windows (and refused to do so when asked). I'm sure the owners know that these bad habits will slowly destroy their property, but what can you do? It's a small price to pay, especially due to my last reason for loving it here...
Sandy, the on-site manager, is wonderful. She and her small crew manage this place very well. She is super kind and promptly responds to concerns. She'll even give you a card on your birthday! I hope she gets regular raises, because being an office manager myself, I know her job isn't easy and she is nailing it.”
“I don't understand the bad reviews. I've been renting here for 2 years and have had no issues besides maybe some HUMAN errors. This management has left us alone. Isn't over bearing, gives proper and formal written notices for any house work/increases, ect.I've really only dealt with Angie and she's amazing. I highly recommend this place because of her. She's made everything so smooth for us since day one.”
