“I highly recommend this place for any body and paint work if your car needs repairs. You can rest easy knowing they’ll take great care of your vehicle.
I don’t usually write reviews, but after getting my car back from Springer, I felt compelled to share my experience. My car was hit by a deer during a vacation to Lost Lake in late July 2024. Even though I was driving carefully, the accident broke the bracket of my right headlight, damaged the housing, and bent the right fender. I was at a loss since I didn’t know of any reputable body and paint shops in town. Luckily, a friend and colleague of mine recommended Springer Body and Paint, as his friends had been pleased with their work.
I decided to take my Tesla MYP to Springer, where I was warmly welcomed by Aimee, the owner, and Noel, the collision estimator. Noel played a huge role in the process, walking me through every detail of the damage assessment. She and Aimee explained the breakdown of the estimate clearly, helping me understand which parts and repairs were necessary. They were patient and answered all my questions, ensuring that I felt confident about the next steps. Their thoroughness and professionalism made the whole experience far less stressful.
Both Noel and Aimee worked together to make sure I got a detailed and accurate estimate quickly. Since Springer is not yet Tesla-certified, Noel also explained that I would need to order certain parts from Tesla myself, but she still made the process as smooth as possible. Despite this, Springer has extensive experience dealing with insurance, and within two days, They helped secure approval for the repairs.
Once all the necessary parts arrived—including a new headlight and some smaller components—they provided me with an accurate timeline for the job. They did an outstanding job on my car. If you didn’t know about the accident, you wouldn’t be able to tell anything had happened, even down to the smallest details. The body technician, Jon, expertly straightened the fender, prepped the surface for painting, and aligned everything perfectly (a common issue with new Teslas, especially the hood). Juan, the painter, matched the new paint with the original so seamlessly that even a perfectionist like me was satisfied. The detailing specialist, Keone, washed and cleaned the car thoroughly, making it look brand new.
I couldn’t find anything to complain about—their craftsmanship and attention to detail were remarkable. Springer also went above and beyond by helping me coordinate with the PPF (paint protection film) shop to ensure the front of my car was restored to its pre-accident condition. If I could, I’d give them six stars. Below are some before and after photos of the repairs (note: the left fender still had the PPF on it, which is why the color appears slightly different, but it all matches once the PPF is reapplied).”

“Definitely visit this location if you need quality, competent and quick light bodywork/scratch/paint repair. Small scratch on the bumper required a repair involving repaint. Brought in at 8 am and received back at 2:30pm and you can't tell there was ever a lock of damage done. The staff is also very helpful, kind and friendly! Excellent customer service still exists ladies and gentlemen!”

“Customer. Service. Bottom line. I only met and worked with Joe. I'm guessing his employees are of a similar mind. This is the place to go for auto body repair. Visiting from California, Thanksgiving week, late afternoon Wednesday. Driver's door window stuck in the down position. We're driving home Friday. I pulled into Courtesy Auto Body on a whim. It's closing time, but Joe goes out, makes a quick diagnosis, says that since we couldn't wait for parts, he can get the window propped up so we can drive home to Cali without the noise and visual confusion of plastic over the window opening. I bring it in Friday morning. Joe makes the temporary fix. Tells me the exact problem. We hit the road. Long drive. No window issues. If you are reading this review trying to decide on a shop for your car, do not hesitate to at least call Courtesy Auto Body. You will not be wasting your time. Finally there's this: Joe came in Friday for couple hours to help me out when his shop was closed the day after Thanksgiving. Customer. Service. 'Nuff said.”

What you also failed to mention is that the incident that you are talking about was the second time we had a problem with you blocking the street. - they went and found the specific wheel cover for my bronco that i loved. My license plate had a huge hole in it, they took the time to make it look as normal as it could. Kept me updated on when the bronco was going to be done, my copay, and the estimate. When i came to pick it up they started it and turned on the heated seat and steering wheel so that it was comfortable. They also cleaned the outside and inside!!! So thankful!”
