“I was given a rental car by my Insurance company after an accident. Enterprise gave me an Audi E3. I felt like a king being able to drive such an incredibly fancy and luxurious car. It seemed brand new and there was no smoke smell or any mechanical issues.
I appreciated that the staff did not push me to buy “extras” and I was in and out of there in less than 20 minutes.”
“Polite and professional people who went the extra mile to help make an unexpected emergency a lot less stressful. The vehicle was in excellent condition with very good gas mileage.
They also worked through an odd billing situation that saved me a few dollars.

“You could tell that the counterclerk has been through some stuff. He's seen the extremes of humanity in the West hills of Portland. The lady before me rented a van and was upset it wasn't a 15 passenger van and only a 12 passenger van for her daughter's shoe collection. They're doing the best they can for being in the middle of a yuppie dystopian nightmare.”

“I have rented from this location before but this time I went to them for advice on a Hertz billing problem. I reserved a car in Honolulu for three days for $375. When the credit card was charged it was $850. I went to my local Hertz office and they were very helpful at identifying the problem and directing me towards the solution. I believe this level of service is from the Tigard office and not Hertz in general.”

“My girlfriend and I recently needed to rent a car due to her car getting backed into while parked (thank god they left a note).
I initially selected an intermediate sized car from the Aloha location on Shaw St next to Classic Collision (conveniently located next to the very highly recommended shop we chose). When we got there, Brandon had our Nissan Altima all gassed up and ready. On the way over, my girlfriend mentioned that she wanted to drive an SUV so I asked Brandon if that was possible. He didn’t skip a beat and said it was no problem, but we would need to wait 15-20 minutes to get the vehicle from the main office. Then he said we could have the Jeep Sahara that had just been fueled up and washed. He had us take a look and my girlfriend liked it so we took it (hopefully it wasn’t meant for someone else now that I about it).
I’m sure it wasn’t, but I drove it like I was taking my first born home from the hospital lol. It was a very nice hybrid vehicle and I drive a 2008 Toyota Corolla so you can imagine how different it was.
Brandon was awesome. He explained everything clearly and concisely. He was extremely professional and patient. We will definitely be going back to that location again, but hopefully not for the same reason!”
