But what I experienced at Enterprise Beaverton so surprised and blessed me! They were down to earth, real, kind, and present. I felt seen from the minute I walked in the door!
They took interest in my situation! They offered to give me a ride home and told me they would have gladly picked me up at my house to get to them! Who? Does? That!???
Meg helped me get situated in the car. She also gave me tips on finding another as I was in the market. They even cut me a deal I didn’t deserve when I forgot to fill the car with gas on the return.
This is above and beyond. They don’t just think of themselves as being in the rental car business. No, they’re in the business of people! They care for and about people and happen to rent cars as well! How rare is that?

“The Lombard location was very very accommodating and truly nice throughout my rental. They made it very easy to pick up/drop off as well has extra vehicles when one wasn't working for me. They even gave me a ride home after I dropped my car off. It was refreshing to feel like a customer and not just a transaction.

I’ve only rented from Enterprise over the years because I consistently receive good service.
I want to specifically give feedback for the manager at this location. I can tell he truly cares about the customers and his employees. I had one bad experience after two years of renting from here. I shared my experience and he was incredible. He was supportive of his employee AND ensured he acknowledged the issue. He immediately rectified the issue.
In the age of AI, the ability to listen, look someone in the eye and repair an issue is an advantage. I will rent from this location as long as he’s there.

“I highly recommend this business. I am delighted with the car that I got from him. Once I told him what I wanted, he found the perfect vehicle and sold it to me at a decent price. One of my favorite things about this dealership is the no frills approach, including the fact that the price he posts is the actual and final price. So you know exactly what you're going to pay. Most dealerships want you to spend several hours negotiating; what a waste of time that is! “You could tell that the counterclerk has been through some stuff. He's seen the extremes of humanity in the West hills of Portland. The lady before me rented a van and was upset it wasn't a 15 passenger van and only a 12 passenger van for her daughter's shoe collection. They're doing the best they can for being in the middle of a yuppie dystopian nightmare.”

“I have rented from this location before but this time I went to them for advice on a Hertz billing problem. I reserved a car in Honolulu for three days for $375. When the credit card was charged it was $850. I went to my local Hertz office and they were very helpful at identifying the problem and directing me towards the solution. I believe this level of service is from the Tigard office and not Hertz in general.”
