“After a somewhat traumatic experience trying to rent from Budget, I decided to rent a car from this Enterprise location near Beaverton and have to say it was an absolute breath of fresh air. I received excellent customer service from both reps I interacted with (Zac & Riley) and was given the choice of two (virtually brand new) vehicles to choose from for my rental. Every single interaction was flawless. I have rented cars many times, and Enterprise really seem to have cracked what a good customer experience looks like. Five stars.”

“The Lombard location was very very accommodating and truly nice throughout my rental. They made it very easy to pick up/drop off as well has extra vehicles when one wasn't working for me. They even gave me a ride home after I dropped my car off. It was refreshing to feel like a customer and not just a transaction.

“I've bought several items through Rent-A-Center over the years and in fact, I still have both TV's I initially rented back in 2013! Currently renting a really nice bedroom set with a built in mirror(for the girlfriend, she loves it! Take note men!) a Switch 2 and a laptop for the girlfriend. Absolutely wonderful staff that are willing to get you the best deal!”

“Had to get body work done on my vehicle. Figured if had to get a rental might as well enjoy the experience. The staff was super friendly! I worked at first with a lady on the truck side of things and she was super helpful and nice! Once I knew a little more I spoke with the correct team. He was super friendly and answered all my questions. He was knowledgeable and helped me pick a vehicle I would enjoy. I wanted Ferrari but I don't have Ferrari money. We ended up with a BMW Z4 convertible. Was plenty of fun and we ended up getting it during a dry part of spring. We may have had a sweatshirt on a couple of the days but was still a blast! Easy to work with enterprise locally. (Call center was a little rough) all the local teams are awesome though! Helped me pretend I had money to throw away on a toy car and had a nice trip to the coast. I will be renting a car just because in the future to try other cars out on special occasions.”
