“We just saw an incredible performance from our movers (Nathan, Brandon, Chris, and Ryan!) Though they had had a full day of moving ahead of them and weren't able to get to our place until the end of their window, they showed up with tons of energy, ensured everything was taken care of safely and installed to our satisfaction. We had our 2 young kids to rangle but they were respectful and communicative the whole time, and friendly to the kids as well. We would definitely recommend to others and use them again in the future.”

On site staff is always there on phone or in the office. I specifically want to highlight Patrick for being so supportive and understanding when we were in a tough spot this weekend and at the end of his shift. Really appreciate all his help.”

“My reason for having to use a storage space came all of a sudden totally unexpected as life normally does,but i was pleasantly surprised at how quick and easy it was for a first timer to start and set up this option by phone. Not only was it fast,but also easy to follow along thanks to the employee o the other line.Once arriving to the facility off of 185th in beaverton I first noticed at how clean it was and easy to find.thanks to this first experience I wouldnt thi k twice at where I would go if I needed some extra space in a pinch, check it out for yourself.”

“I had a great experience with O’Neill Transfer and Storage. I moved from Stanford, CA to Portland, OR, and they handled everything from the initial move to storing my belongings for about a year and ultimately delivering everything to my new home in Portland.
Everything arrived in great condition after a year in storage, and the whole process went very smoothly. Their prices were reasonable, and they were helpful and responsive throughout what was a fairly long and stressful process for me. It was actually quite difficult to find a moving company that could accommodate this particular type of move, especially given the relatively small size of my shipment, so I really appreciated that they were able to handle everything from start to finish. Bob, John and Cindy were great to work with. I’m very happy with how everything turned out and would definitely recommend O’Neill Transfer and Storage.”

“Nick has always been so very helpful and kind. He has great listening skills and he has excellent customer service skills. I have had storage there for a couple years and have sent numerous people to this Northwest self storage across from the golf course and he is always been very kind and patient with all of us. Nick is a wonderful person and I am so grateful that he is managing the storage that I rent two units in. Nick alone has made my life so much easier and better. She’s the one I spoke to in person and was just so kind and courteous and really went above and beyond to try and meet my needs. I have had my belongings in a unit here for a bit of time. The start of the process was just as comfortable as the ongoing process regarding the staff. They're incredibly helpful and considerate. I've had small issues that they dealt with in a very kind and and understanding way. This review is really more to the team that assists the tenants, I mean a storage unit is just a storage unit, nar?.. anywho Dan in St John's is incredibly attentive and knowledgeable, as well as understanding and has the patience and know abouts to resolve tenant issues if need be.
I'd be lying to say I can't wait to be out of a unit but I am happy that their service makes me feel protected and acknowledged. Thanks y'all!”

“When my family and I moved to Oregon we went straight here to unload the uhual. while we were unloading it our dog had an emergency and my wife left immediately to take him to the vet, taking the car and stranding me at the facility with the uhual. The manager saw me and asked what happened she immediately said she would drive me to my car so I could meet them at the vet and let me leave the uhual at the facility safe behind the gate. She showed us a different level of customer service and compassion that I am extremely grateful for. The facility is extremely clean, safe and cares about their customers and their belongings. “Great service, even quicker now that they've gone to the handheld device that skips the walk to and from the office. The guy at the gate that checks for damage on your empties is always friendly and somehow not only remembers you personally but somehow remembers your truck number, company you work for, and truck number, etc.- even after months of not being there. Impressive”
“Best in class on site management providing superior service with a friendly attitude that can’t be beat. This facility has everything you want if you own an RV in the Portland metro area. Gated access (via code or app) from 6am to 9pm daily, 24 hr CCTV throughout the premises, wide driveways, outdoor, covered and fully enclosed units, dump station, water station, air compressor, wash area, anti-rodent control measures, and daily maintenance to keep the premises clean. Only a 25 minute drive from downtown Portland. A short drive away there is a McDonald’s (in North Plains) and a Starbucks off US26. Gas stations with #2 and biodiesel are also nearby. In short, a very nice home base for my motor home.”
