I was driving across the country with my family, six in total, in a mini van, on the 10 fwy the whole way, from Southern California to middle of Georgia. About halfway through New Mexico the vehicle started over heating. We pulled off in the first town, which was teeny tiny, and O'Reilly's was the only auto place open after 4pm. And thank the Universe, they traded a refurbished alternator for my broken one, essentially for free, I just had to find someone to do the labor. There was a place they recommended that was open the next day and we were back on the road before noon. It only cost me labor. $150 and we didn't have end the trip.
