“I am very new to indoor plants. Last summer I got a zz plant from an online company that does self-watering pots. A few months ago some stems and leaves started to turn brown and I wasn’t sure what was wrong.I went to Staghorn to ask for help. The staff there are so friendly and knowledgeable. Dan answered all my questions so patiently and he explained to me that self-watering system isn’t great for zz plant. I decided to bring my zz plant there and Dan did a great job helping repot my zz plant to a nursery pot (they are totally fine that I want to use a pot I bought somewhere else) and get rid of dead parts. The cost for repotting was very reasonable.Thank you for saving my plant! I would definitely go there to get plants in the future.”

“We were extremely pleased with our shopping experience. Scott explained details about the furniture we were considering. He had us try various pieces to see which ones we liked. He presented a variety of upholstery options. We found exactly what we were looking for. The furniture is all made in America, which was also a plus, and the wait time is very reasonable.”
“We live down south, but somehow my husband managed to come across this store when searching for a pair of very hard to find Ugg Slippers for our teenage daughter. We placed an order for the last available pair, which just happened to be in her size (we hope). We were going to pay extra for 3-day shipping, but then couldn’t find the option when checking out. So we went ahead and placed the order hoping for the best that they would arrive in time for Christmas. The next day Andrew called to say that they would definitely arrive after Christmas, if that is what he had ordered them for. Then offered 3-day shipping if we would like for them to arrive in time for Christmas. We happily paid the extra cost to expedite to make sure they got to us in time and they were even delivered a day early! From what I gather, this store is more for seat covers. But I highly recommend this store! Great service!”

“We purchased a leather stressless combo and received as scheduled. We couldn't attach the two section couch correctly so Annette (our Dania salesperson) coordinated a visit for someone to come out and complete. The alignment of the two sections still weren't quite right. Annette totally took care of getting the issues resolved, from the factory ending up replacing the couch to the scratch repair of the new pieces of furniture. We are completely satisfied with our experience and will definitely be a returning customer in the future.”

“Got great stuff for all my hobby and crafting needs. But, as it is with every Hobby Lobby in the history of ever, it's kind of spendy. So shop sales and clearances! The staff at this one was also very standoffish. No greeting when we entered and we saw two staff members that just looked at us as they passed by. As a retail manager myself, that's not what staff should be doing. Still, overall a fun experience and we ended up finding what we were looking for on our own.”

“I love this place! Though at times the volunteers are disconnected from the customers. I've noted my times when assistance has been needed. And seen a large number of customers leave due to the fact that help is few and far between!The Forest Grove site is a disaster that's already happened, and again the staff are Curt and available most times.”
“Very convenient location! I love shopping here for kitchen items, and they also have a great selection of pet toys and supplies. It’s always fun to browse because you can find useful things at great prices. I usually leave with more than I planned — in a good way!”
