“We purchased a leather stressless combo and received as scheduled. We couldn't attach the two section couch correctly so Annette (our Dania salesperson) coordinated a visit for someone to come out and complete. The alignment of the two sections still weren't quite right. Annette totally took care of getting the issues resolved, from the factory ending up replacing the couch to the scratch repair of the new pieces of furniture. We are completely satisfied with our experience and will definitely be a returning customer in the future.”

She narrowed the recliners down to two, And I never thought I was going to happen when I got there and started sitting in several of that gigantic selection that is there at La-Z-Boy. She was so pleasant. It was almost like hanging out with a friend.
