“These guys are great! Diesel expertise is hard to find and these guys hooked me up. Prices are 1.5 to 2x higher than expected. They said it is because they won’t warranty work unless it’s a certain part/manufacturer. Want it cheaper? Rock Auto your own parts and take the hit on the warranty. Good shop! Highly recommend!”

They were very careful to find the root cause of the problem and fixed it quickly once the part arrived. Eric even kept my truck in their garage for a few days after the job was finished since I wasn't in town to pick it up immediately.They are reasonable with their prices and care about their customers. It took about 30 minutes to decide on the grade of oil. early!!They will check out various other things for free, so if you want to exchange it, you can do that, but if you can do it yourself, I think it's okay to decline.Also, you don't have to make a reservation, so it's convenient because you can have it done when you suddenly have free time.”
