After the Beaverton Nissan dealership fully inspected my vehicle, they told me that both front lower control arm bushings are torn, and they quoted me for $1085.56 to replace both front lower control arms and alignment. I texted and emailed about 15 auto repair shops and they all quoted me around $950-$1000. Even worse, On Site Tire did a suspension inspection, and confirmed that both front lower control arm bushings are torn and told me that they would also need to replace both front tires even though I still have around 5k miles more on them.
On the other hand, Bill quoted me $873.28 and gave me a $40 discount.
I left the vehicle with them. They did their inspection.
Hours later, Bill called me telling me that there was nothing wrong with the control arm bushings and that he wouldn't charge me for it.
They're good people, and you can trust them with your vehicle and wallet. I'm glad I found them and got to meet them.”
“Extremely trustworthy mechanic and he does an amazing job too! I've had multiple experiences with Luis and his team, and they always go above and beyond. Additionally, I took my girlfriend's car to get the brakes replaced and Luis told me the brakes were fine and did not need replacing. I can't tell you the number of shops I've been too where they would just replace it anyway without telling you.
