“Convenient location when I'm on the west side. Disappointed often by their inventory being out and/ or very disorganized with their small parts in particular. Last time I was there I spent 15 minutes looking for something then eventually gave up and bought it online”

“Today I went to this The Home Dept, had amazing experience with soooo much help! I had a busted sprinkler pipe and a lego that got stuck in our toilet... they helped me find the pipe and all the fixings. Alan had the most knowledge and just over all happy to help! “Really great people to work with. They were so helpful. Something went awry with our bathroom remodel and I reached out to see what was in stock for the specific bathtub configuration I needed. They delivered the bathtub same day and upon opening the box we saw it was scratched up from shipping. As soon as they were notified they had someone grab it the next day and the refund was a breeze. If I had more time to wait for our remodel to get done I would 100% order something specialty from them, and still may for other items.”
