I was recently at this location needing to mail a license application with a strict and old school system. The employee who assisted me was so helpful, she made a stressful process incredibly easy. In situations like these, you don’t always get the best customer service, which is why I’m very grateful!

They were clearly understaffed and backed up, but the employees managed to keep a great attitude which is rare these days. The people complaining had ample time to fill out a job application while in line if they were so concerned.

High customer service. Friendly. I ordered a large print job last night and there were a few errors (printer mechanical issues). The team rushed the fix so I could ship the documents the same day. Charles (since 2023) was very helpful and determined to make everything right as soon as possible.
